A beautiful place with beautiful staff, amazing food and first class service.  It was my daughter&#39;s 40th birthday so we wanted something a little special and oh my, did they deliver. What a perfect evening.

My favorite restaurant. Dined there 2 outta 4 nights. The duck, escargot, and truffle ravioli are fantastic. The Tigre beef is a fan favorite

This was a surprising find just above Sarlat! What an incredible view and the food, wine as well as the service was amazing!

This place is a hidden gem! The quality of the dishes is outstanding, and the presentation is top-notch. I highly recommend trying the sweetbreads; they were perfectly cooked and flavorful.

I am so happy I had my first meal in Sarlat here. It was excellent. I opted for a three course with a beautiful crostini with salad to start, a lovely salmon with a nice sauce for the main, and a scrumptious berry dessert to finish. Everything was excellent. Would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful evening in this restaurant - such an unusual setting, and so very relaxed.  The staff were superb, and the food some of the best we had on our holiday.  We highly commend Lo Gorissado for the quality of food, service and ambience.

Last night on the restaurant terrace we enjoyed  the most delicious savoury crepes-for supper  much welcomed after  a long journey to Brive enroute to the Alps. The house speciality is the use of traditional Breton &quot;ble  noir&quot; - for the crepe base. This a no gluten alternative flour made from buckwheat. The chicken and mushroom filing Crepe Mere was wonderful as was the &quot;burger&quot; crepe -and lovely desserts chocolate fondant with vanilla ice cream. Will be our favourite place to eat in Brive. A must for anyone staying in Brive.

A traditional French restaurant with lovely food at a very reasonable price. Tender pork dish and a chocolate dessert to die for. Don&rsquo;t be put off by the signage outside

Warm welcome in a charming hotel-restaurant.  Staff was correct and friendly. Restaurant itself was comfortable but not special in decoration or cosyness. The food is absolutely good and delightful but classic. Duo of foie gras de canard, partly in Cahors wine, very nice! Lamb, tournedos Rossini,  cheese from the region, an &#39;honest&#39; kitchen. Wines in every budget. This restaurant fits exactly in the hotel formula and its guests. Good decent food and service for a reasonable price.

A special treat, excellence on all parts. A great place for a solo-traveler to enjoy a peaceful evening in the Dordogne valley area. The service was also excellent and the Bordeaux rouge and filet hit the spot after a day exploring the grottes.

Lovely bistro not far from the main centre. Lovely food, nicely presented. Buzzy atmosphere even on a very hot Wednesday lunchtime. Outdoor seating only available at the weekend which seems a shame.

The warm and cozy atmosphere combined with inventive cuisine makes this restaurant a must-visit. The attention to detail in every dish is impressive, and the service is exceptionally friendly.

Nice restaurant with good food. We were a bit disappointed concerning the wine list as well as the selection of the accompanying wines - so close to the Cahors appellation, we would have expected a better selection of Cahors wines accompanying our five courses.

Outstanding restaurant - quality of food was  simply amazing as were the pairing wines.  Attentive, knowledgeable waiting staff ensured a relaxed and friendly experience.  Food was beautifully presented and  every course was totally delicious.  This was great value for money too .  We wish we had discovered this restaurant sooner!

Great place. Lovely young family have only owned it for just over a year. They are doing an amazing job. So happy to have a great Indian restaurant in Sarlat. Ambiance and food great. Went for Valentines Night. They had decorated restaurant with red balloons and had a romantic playlist showing on a large screen. Obviously made an effort for this occasion. They were very busy as they had lots of last minute bookings so we&rsquo;re a bit stretched on the service timings. I think this is not usual and normally the service will be quick and relaxed. Highly recommended
