Mellow Monk cocktail was a solid drink. Got it during a quick lunch break. Tasted good, not too sweet. Bar itself has a wild look, lots of random stuff on the walls. Makes for a fun, fast escape from the office grind.

Great spot to recharge during a layover! Found it upstairs, away from the crowds. Quiet with a nice view, perfect for a quick catch-up with a friend.

The Irish breakfast was just right. The black and white pudding had that perfect texture, not too crumbly. It's a solid, hearty plate that hits the spot. Felt like a proper start to the day.

Prices are definitely up there, but the portions are huge. I got the truffle pasta and the mushrooms were so fresh, you could really taste it. Felt like a good deal in the end.

Booked the back room for a family event. The event coordinator was responsive and handled the custom table signs. The drink menu had solid variety, which worked well for our group. Setup was straightforward.

First time here and wow, those wings! The glaze was this perfect sticky-sweet with a serious kick. I get the hype now.

Been coming here for years. They always have dog treats ready, and the patio is perfect for bringing my buddy. He gets excited as soon as we pull up. Just a good, simple spot.

Perfect for a quick bite. Got the fish and chips. Batter was light and crispy, just right. Came out super fast. Good portion for the price.

The craft beer selection here is solid, and they keep the taps fresh. Found a great local IPA that paired nicely with the burger.

Paul's a solid bartender. Drinks are consistently well-made, and he's good for a quick chat if you're at the bar. Service is efficient.

The guava flan was a pretty good dessert.

A solid choice for a casual meal. The heated patio is nice even in cooler weather. I usually order the pretzel, and it's consistently good. Service is fine, though it can get a bit slow when they're busy.

The Ring of Fire burger was just right, not too spicy. I really liked the crunchy jalapenos. The sweet potato fries were perfect, crispy outside and soft inside. It's a very comfortable spot to have a quiet meal.

Great tap list. They had IPAs, sours, even Labatt Blue on draft which you don't see everywhere. My IPA was fresh and poured right. That's what I look for.

Love that they have sake and Japanese beers to go with the bento. It just feels right. The space is airy and there's plenty of seating, which is a plus. Parking was easy.

Great for game day. Lots of screens, chill vibe. Pizza rolls were fantastic, hot and cheesy. Happy hour deals are solid too.

Stumbled on this hotel restaurant after checking in. The chicken tacos were solid - fresh corn tortillas, good seasoning. Low-key vibe with dim lighting. Not bad for a hotel spot.

The Buffalo Cauliflower appetizer is huge, easily enough for two. The sauce has a nice tang and just a little kick, not overwhelming. We ended up sharing it as a main. Solid choice.

Been coming here for years. The pumpkin ravioli is solid, always cooked right. Service is quick, got us in and out fast. Beer selection's good too.

Chloe really knew her stuff about the drinks. The Hot Honey Holiday was my favorite, you could tell the ingredients were super fresh.

The lobby bar at The Ramble Hotel has a nice, welcoming vibe. It's a cool spot for a quiet drink. The cocktails were pretty good, though the service was a bit slow.

Free shuttle to Broncos games is a lifesaver. Buses are clean, drivers are friendly. Made getting to the stadium a breeze. Perfect for a quick pre-game stop.

The wine list is pretty good, and the server had decent pairing suggestions. Cocktails like the smoked old fashioned were well-made.

The bartender was super chill and walked me through the menu. Got the Napa Valley burger, it was really good. Solid spot for a casual bite.

Came in late, but the bartender Matt was great. He really knew the menu and suggested a drink that went perfectly with my grilled salmon. Appreciated the free parking downtown, made it easy.

The ribs for two are fall-apart tender. Good portion for the price, we had leftovers.

Their summer cocktail menu was a pleasant surprise. I tried the one with cucumber and mint, super light and not too sweet. Perfect for a warm evening.

Been coming here for years. The chicken fingers and fries are always hot and fresh, just like the first time. That's why I keep coming back.

Crab dip and crispy goat cheese were solid. Pistachios in the cheese gave it a nice crunch. Portions were decent for the price. Service was prompt, which I appreciate on a business lunch.
