Shared the meal for two with a friend and added a few happy hour beers — bill came out way lower than expected. Staff were nice too. Solid spot if you're watching your spending.

If you want a taste of real Portuguese bar food, this is it. The snacks are good, the atmosphere is relaxed, and the people are friendly. A place worth returning to.

Stopped by for a quick lunch near the old town. Shared a few tapas—pork cheeks and goat cheese with honey were the standouts. Service was friendly, no complaints there. Place is small, gets busy fast, but we didn’t wait long. Fair price for what you get. Wouldn’t mind going back if I’m in the area again.

The beef cheek was spot on, really tender. Cod was good too. Open kitchen makes it feel a bit more lively. Service did the job, nothing to complain about. Solid spot for a quiet dinner.

The steamed buns were soft, and the crispy pork belly was the best part. Wok-fried greens had proper wok hei, and the ceviche tasted fresh. Service was friendly, no complaints there. Place was busy for a weekday lunch, but we got seated quick. Solid spot if you're in the area and want something straightforward.

This restaurant offers an excellent dining experience with superb food and friendly service. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting.

Great seafood, friendly service. A little bit out of the city centre, but definitely worth walking the extra kilometer!

The view over the ocean is really something, especially for a drink. I had the Black Angus burger and it was fine, though a bit plain. Staff were friendly enough. Decent spot if you're in the area, but I wouldn't go out of my way for the food.

Wonderful restaurant, excellent food, nice atmosphere, highly recommend. Plenty of choice on menu.We will definitely return.

Excellent choice of food, and very reasonably priced. curried chicken risotto was sadly lacking in chicken, but the flavour was superb. Great house wine and not overpriced.

Lovely little find. Kids and grown ups loved it and we will definitely be back again. From the service to the quality of the food, we couldn’t recommend highly enough.

We had the most wonderful evening yesterday. Starting off on the roof top restaurant being looked after by Nunu, who was very friendly and attentive and there was a really good vibe with the music playing. The food was excellent. We then moved down to the bar area where we were served by Eve who was also extremely friendly and efficient.A fabulous experience, we will definitely return.

Spectacular meal! My husband got the steak of the day which came with fries and a salad. He pushed away the salad and ate every last bite of the steak and fries and said it was incredibly delicious. Then reluctantly went to the salad and said ‘wow, even the salad is exceptional!’. It had red beet carpaccio and pomegranate seeds. Looked lovely. He rarely touches salads but finished this one : ) I had the rice with seafood for two which was enough for three. Wow! Just wow! The fresh herbs and light broth with large pieces of crab, shrimp and mussels made it so special. Just don’t wear a white blouse as the broth can splash a bit when cutting into the crab claws. Highly recommend! Would definitely dine there again. Our server, Antonio, was very kind and helpful.

Unfortunately the main thing that let this restaurant down was that albeit they said the fish that day wasn’t to the level they have at the restaurant which is fair enough, that they only have salmon and tuna. This was extremely disappointing and had we known prior to sitting down we likely would have gone elsewhere. This is very common fish which we could have anywhere so it did let the whole meal down really! This is what sushi is and to be told we didn’t think many people would have sushi at an Asian restaurant was surprising.. the sashimi was removed from the bill as a gesture of good will which was appreciated but it stopped us ordering a lot more and we left hungry as we didn’t just want tuna and salmon for the whole meal!

It’s a bit more pricier but worth it, I would recommend the combinations. But unfortunately the discount doesn’t apply to them. Lovely atmosphere. With all the takeaway the service got a bit slowly even only with 4 tables occupied. All in all great experience and quality

Had to wait about 45mins for the food to arrive, even though there was only one other family of 4 in the restaurant! The food was nice, when we asked for the dessert menu he said all they had was icecream! The bill came and instead of 50% off they had only given us 30% off and he said nothing could be done as the manager wasn't here, even though on the receipt it said the Manager had done our bill. I asked a few times for the complaints book but he kept saying as we booked through The Fork, nothing to do with them! First he said it's the first 7 lucky people to book each day get 50% off then after a while he pointed to a table of 7 people saying you only get 50% off if you are 7 people or more! He then contacted The Fork and he said as I amended the booking to come 30mins later than I first said the discount was now only 30%, even though on The Fork 50% off was still there! I contacted The Fork myself who apologised and gave me 2000 Yums in compensation and would talk to the restaurant

A very enjoyable and pleasant meal with friends , such a refreshing change to see a menu which was innovative compared to the usual steak, chops and chicken offered in most local restaurants .Food was first class and the service was impeccable ! A little pricier than other restaurants , but good value. We will definitely return to sample the rest of the menu

Food and service is very good. Wine service was excellent with expert selections and knowledge. Pace of serving was executed well and felt food came at the right times.

Their breakfast menu is welcome relief for an American living in the Algarve, where the English Breakfast is the very disappointing norm.

Amazing service!! Very friendly. The food was delicious! Very authentic Portuguese food, and they also have a kids menu. The decor was beautiful and even had a fish tank that my kids enjoyed to see.

Great and friendly staff make you feel welcome immediately. Sushi chefs are quick and create delightful rolls and goyzas at very reasonable prices. The spicy tuna rolls are the best!

The steak was incredible. And very reasonably priced. The staff were very lovely and professional and the whole atmosphere really good. Would 100% recommend

Booked into this restaurant and we were not disappointed, friendly service and amazing food. The menu is limited to chicken but they do this really well. We had the Portuguese sausage to start with some bread which was amazing. Then the main dish of half a chicken and chips. Chicken was full of flavour and the chips hot and tasty. A really good meal highly recommended. People were coming in and out for take out orders too so it’s clearly well known. A great place.

Great dishes, the waiter was really nice with us. Sadly the card wasn’t translated in English and my translation app was wrong so we take a really long time to choose

Visited here for lunch before going on a boat trip with my 2 children. Did not have a children's menu but the owner said he could make some small dishes for my children which was great. Food was excellent and very reasonable for the quality. Would visit again and recommend to others to try.

Good food. We recommend. We took spécial dish portuguesh. Fresh food. This is a restaurant that we would recommend to anyone visiting Portimao

The staff were lovely and my steak came out cooked just right. That cookie dessert was a nice sweet finish too. Solid spot for a last dinner in Portimão.
