Been coming here for a while now. Pizza's always solid and the late hours are a lifesaver. Drinks are a bit steep, but the prices on food keep me coming back.

Went after the chef change and honestly impressed. The plating on every dish looked like actual art. Service was warm too.

The beef was really tender and full of flavour. Pricey though, and they charge extra for jacket potato toppings. Quality's good, just feels a bit much on top of an already expensive meal.

The menu’s small but has a few interesting picks—I went for the truffle pasta and it was properly rich. Staff checked in just enough without hovering. Slightly on the pricey side, but the quality holds up. I’d come back if I’m craving that dish again.

The gnocchi was really good, probably the best I’ve had in a while. Service was friendly too, and the seating felt comfortable. Just a bit noisy by the window, but nothing that ruined the meal.

The restaurant's warm hospitality and delicious food create a delightful dining experience. The tapas were fantastic, and the terrace is a beautiful place to enjoy a meal.

Stopped by for lunch and had a pretty good meal. The owner runs the whole place herself, which is impressive. Food was solid, prices fair. Cozy vibe inside, felt comfortable. Only thing is service can be a bit slow since she's doing everything, but I wasn't in a rush. Decent spot if you're in the area.

The mezze platter for two was solid — plenty of dips and warm bread. But honestly, the seating is what I remember most. It’s a tiny spot, tables are close together, and you’re basically elbow-to-elbow with the next group. Not bad if you’re in the mood for that cozy, cramped vibe. Just don’t come expecting a relaxed, lingering meal. We finished and left pretty quickly.

The beef pho was solid — broth had real depth and the herbs tasted fresh. Seasoning was a bit lighter than I’m used to back home, but that’s fine. The bun cha was the highlight though. Simple, messy, good. Place was busy but I got a seat quick. Would come back if I’m in the area again.

The pad thai and curries were really flavorful, and I liked that they do homemade ice cream too. Just wish the seating was a bit more comfortable, but overall a solid meal.

The owner actually came over and walked us through the menu, which was nice. Food was fresh and cooked properly. Pretty relaxed spot for a casual dinner.

The chicken biryani here reminded me of home—fragrant, spicy, and so rich. Chettinad curry was solid too. Didn’t expect to find this in Basel, honestly.

Came with coworkers for lunch and honestly the buffet spread surprised me. Plenty of meat choices but also decent vegan stuff, so nobody struggled to find something. Portions are generous for the price, which matters when you're feeding a group. The space is bright and open, coffee cart in the corner is a plus. Solid pick if you're nearby and hungry.

The set menu kept surprising me in a good way. Food was solid, though the whole theatrical presentation felt a bit much at times. Still, a fun pick for a night out.

Came by right at opening on a Friday and it got packed fast. Good to book ahead if you're coming later.

Stopped by for lunch on a weekday. Schnitzel was solid, properly breaded and not greasy. Portion size fair for the price. Service efficient without hovering. Terrace was calm, no traffic noise. Renovation looks fresh, tables spaced well. Good spot if you're in the area and want reliable German food. Would come back when nearby.

The jungle-themed decor really sets the mood—so cozy. Green curry was solid and portions generous. Service polite, though it got a bit crowded. Booking ahead is smart.

The terrace view of the Rhine is really something. We had the Ayurvedic lunch and it tasted fresh, though the seating felt a bit cramped.

Stopped by for a quick dinner in Biel. Grilled meat was cooked right, salad fresh and big enough. Service fast, no waiting around. Place had a decent buzz but not chaotic. Fine if you want something solid without fuss.

The hummus and falafel were really good, and the owner made us feel welcome. Just a heads up, it’s tiny so you need to book ahead.

Stopped by for a quick bite around noon. Got the brunch plate, decent portion for the price. Place was busy but they got me in and out fast enough. Staff didn't rush me though, which was nice. High chairs available if you've got little ones. Modern look inside, nothing fancy but comfortable. Solid spot if you're short on time.

Steak tartare and entrecôte were solid. Café de Paris sauce did the job. Service friendly but a bit slow. Decent spot if you're nearby.

Big portions and the price is fair. Been coming here a while and it stays consistent. Service was friendly, no complaints.

Stopped by for lunch on a weekday. Place is big, terrace looks nice but I sat inside. Got the grilled fish, came out fresh and hot. Not fancy, just solid cooking. Service was quick enough, no complaints. Maybe a bit pricey for what you get, but the quality is there. Would come back if I'm in the area again.

The cordon bleu was properly done — crispy outside, still juicy inside. Vitello tonnato was tender too. Staff were nice, and the room has this old-school charm that I liked. Just wish the tables weren't packed so close together, felt a bit tight. But yeah, solid spot.

Loved the pistachio croissant — flaky and not too sweet. Coffee was strong, just how I like it. Cozy spot, though it got a bit busy around noon.

Vegan options taste fresh, not processed. Texture was nice, though portions run small for the price. Fine for a lighter meal.

Came in late and tired, they still reopened the kitchen for us. Owner was really kind and the food came out fresh and plentiful. Solid spot near the Novotel.

The hot and sour soup here is seriously good—best I’ve had in a while. Crispy beef was solid too. Service kept up even when it got busy.
