The honey and chilli wings were really fresh and tasty. Got the meal for two and it was a generous amount of food.

The open fire was so lovely on a chilly night. The whole place felt warm and cosy. I had the lamb stew, which was just right – tender and full of flavour. A really nice spot to unwind.

Great Chinese food in Shrewsbury! Perfect for a casual catch-up with mates, and the delivery is always quick.

First time trying their gluten-free menu. The dedicated fryer is a game changer for me - actually got to have crispy fries without worrying. Felt like a normal meal out for once.

Busy spot, especially evenings. Service still kept up though, plates cleared promptly and drinks topped up without asking. Impressed they managed that when the place was packed.

Been ordering for years. Quality's always solid, portions are generous for the price. Quick and easy lunch.

Seafood pizza was a solid choice, fresh prawns and squid. Kebabs were juicy and came out piping hot. Decent portions for the price.

Egg sandwich was spot on. Perfectly cooked, generous portion. Side salad was fresh, a nice little extra. Just what I needed.

Popped in for a scone after a long walk. The welcome was genuinely warm. The scone itself was spot on—lovely texture, not dry at all. The little courtyard out back is a peaceful spot to sit. A really nice find.

Came here for a birthday dinner. The food was fine, atmosphere was nice. But the portions were a bit smaller than I expected for the price. Our waiter Kieran was really good though.

The pollock and chips portion was huge, easily for two. The fish was cooked just right, not greasy at all. A solid choice for a traditional chippy.

The Full English Breakfast was really good. Loved how fresh the ingredients were, especially the tomatoes and mushrooms.

The curries here actually taste different from each other! So many places just taste the same. Had the lamb rogan josh and the chicken tikka masala, both were fresh and the portions were huge. A really nice change.

Good spot for a quick business lunch. Coffee is strong, food is fresh. Service is efficient, they don't hover. A bit pricey for the portion size, but it's reliable. Convenient location near the station.

The family-run vibe is lovely. Their wine list has some surprisingly good local options that paired nicely with the food.

Been coming here for years after work. The garlic cheese pizza they give you while you wait is what keeps me coming back. It's always fresh, and it just hits the spot.

Popped in for a hot chocolate and a slice of their carrot cake. The hot chocolate was spot on, really rich and creamy. The cake was decent, but a bit on the dry side for me. Nice, quiet spot to sit for a bit.

The fish and chips are always solid. Love the crispy batter, perfect for a casual catch-up with friends.

Popped in for a quick lunch. The ploughman's was lovely, really fresh. What stood out was the staff – so friendly and attentive without being overbearing. Made the whole thing very relaxed.

The cheese on toast is the star. Properly thick-cut sourdough, toasted just right, and a sharp, mature cheddar that melts into a perfect gooey layer. The soup of the day was a solid, hearty tomato. That's what I come for.

Decent spot for a family dinner. The special fried rice had plenty of fresh prawns and meat. Portions are generous for the price. Service was a bit slow on a Tuesday evening, but the value is solid.

Staff were very friendly and attentive. The cozy atmosphere matched the service well. Had a business lunch here, service was prompt and efficient. Good spot for a quick, professional meal.

The Victoria sponge cake here is a proper homemade slice, really generous. That’s the one to get. The rest was just okay, but that cake made it worth stopping by.

Lemon beer was the highlight. Tried it on a quiet Tuesday evening. Really crisp and refreshing. The rest of the menu looked good too. Solid spot in Woolton.
