The staff were really thoughtful. They noticed we had sandwiches to take away and offered to cut them up for us, even putting them on proper plates. Little touches like the chocolate with the coffee make a difference.

Lovely spot by the river. The hummingbird cake was the highlight for me - moist, not overly sweet, with a really nice cream cheese frosting. A proper slice too. The coffee was just okay, a bit weak for my taste. Nice for a quiet afternoon.

I've been coming here for years and love how they've expanded the menu. Their brunch is my go-to – the avocado toast is always fresh, with perfectly ripe avocado and a nice sprinkle of seeds. The coffee is reliably good too. A solid spot for a healthy, satisfying meal.

Been coming here for years. The Scouse is the real deal, just like my nan used to make. Staff are always friendly and quick to help. A proper local spot.

The breakfast sandwich is the thing here. Bacon cooked just right, not too crispy, and the egg is soft. Good bread too. For the price, it's solid.

Bagels were solid. Reminded me of the ones back in the US. Chewy texture, good flavour. Couldn't ask for more.

Found this spot on a walk with my dog. They let him inside, which is a huge plus. Got a quick sandwich and a coffee. Service was fast, no fuss. Perfect for a quick bite when you’ve got the pup with you.

Lovely, cosy spot. Food looks good on camera, no complaints there. Staff were friendly enough. Just a nice, relaxed place for a meal.

The coffee's always spot on. Love their teacakes too - they come with a generous amount of butter, which is just right. A solid choice for a quiet afternoon.

The staff are so lovely here. The manager came over and gave us a taste of a new pastry that wasn't even on the menu yet. It was such a nice touch and made our catch-up feel a bit more special.

The staff are always so friendly here. It's a nice spot for a coffee, they remember my usual order. The atmosphere is relaxed, perfect for a quiet morning.

A proper family-run spot. The leek and potato soup was the real deal – you could tell it was made fresh that day. The homemade cakes looked great too, especially the gluten-free ones. A solid local favourite.

The homemade cakes and bread are definitely the star here. Had a slice of the lemon drizzle cake and it was so fresh, clearly baked on-site. You can just tell the difference. The bread for my sandwich was fantastic too.

The sandwiches and toasties are the real deal here. Generous fillings, toasted just right. Had a curry too, it was tasty but the toasties stole the show for me. Good coffee, decent service. Solid spot for a quick, satisfying bite.

Called in on a quick business stop. The cake display is genuinely impressive – a real highlight. Staff were polite and efficient. A solid spot for a coffee and something sweet.

Good breakfast spot, even when busy. Food was hot and well-prepared. Popular with cyclists.

The manager was so welcoming, really made us feel at home. Food was delicious, staff were all friendly. Just a nice, relaxed evening.

Service was friendly and quick. The ham, mustard, and cheese panini was nice, but I really noticed the cheese quality - it was fresh and melted perfectly. The chips were more like good homemade oven chips, not greasy at all. A comfortable spot for a simple, fresh bite.

Popped in for a coffee with a friend. It's a nice spot to catch up without breaking the bank. The latte was good, not too strong. We ended up staying for ages just chatting, which was lovely.

I came for the vegan breakfast. The falafel was really fresh, which I appreciate. The potato cake was nice too. It's a cozy spot to sit and enjoy a healthy meal.

Been coming here for years. The food's always solid, and they don't mind if you bring the dog along. Prices are fair for what you get. It's just a reliable local spot.

Been coming here for years, and I always grab a few of their local brews to go. Picked up a three-pack of the house beers last week. Each one had its own clear, crisp taste. A solid little extra.

Love that they have so many options for different diets! I had the vegan curry and it was really tasty. Also spotted some dog biscuits by the counter, which is a nice touch for pet owners.

The barista here is a pro. My usual flat white was perfect, and the breakfast sandwich came out fast. Exactly what I need for a quick lunch break.

Russ and James were great, really professional. I liked the snacks, they were fresh and well-presented. The drinks were nice too.
