Le Capitaine est un MUST!! Pour moi, une des meilleures tables de l&rsquo;&icirc;le. Le cadre est sublime, la d&eacute;coration est charmante, le service est digne des restaurants etoil&eacute;s (avec des gants, s&rsquo;il vous pla&icirc;t), la pr&eacute;sentation des plats est &eacute;l&eacute;gante et raffin&eacute;e et la nourriture est d&rsquo;une fra&icirc;cheur incroyable!! La mati&egrave;re premi&egrave;re (poissons et fruits de mer) est sublim&eacute;e avec brio, bravo aux Chefs! Les serveurs sont conviviaux et tr&egrave;s arrangeants (d&rsquo;accord d&rsquo;adapter des plats d&rsquo;adultes pour nos filles de 7 et 5 ans - il y avait toutefois des plats pr&eacute;vus pour leurs &acirc;ges). Une musique lounge tr&egrave;s sympa nous a accompagn&eacute;e tout au long du repas. Le vin ouvert &eacute;tait tr&egrave;s bon et les desserts sont si bons qu&rsquo;on les mange m&ecirc;me si on n&rsquo;a plus faim. Les WC sont propres et faciles d&rsquo;acc&egrave;s. Je recommande vivement cette adresse &agrave; quiconque visite Maurice! Nous y &eacute;tions d&eacute;j&agrave; venus il y a 9 ans et la qualit&eacute; n&rsquo;a fait qu&rsquo;augmenter. Nous y retournerons sans faute une 2e fois avant notre retour en Europe 😊
