French toast breakfast sandwich was so good, I'm already planning my next visit with friends. The window seats are perfect for a chill group hangout. The space is way bigger than it looks from outside, really comfy.

Always get the Cuban sandwich here. It's got that perfect mix of pulled pork and pickles, and the bread is pressed just right. The salads are fresh too, but honestly, I'm here for the sandwich every time.

The staff is clearly putting in the effort to keep the place running smoothly. The dining room felt welcoming and well-maintained. It was a decent spot for a quiet weeknight dinner.

Stopped in for breakfast. The donut bun sandwich was a fun idea. It’s warm, not overly sweet. A solid choice if you’re in the mood for something different.

The blueberry pastry was really nice, flaky and not too sweet. Cappuccino was solid too. It's a pleasant spot for a quiet breakfast. The sandwich I tried was just okay, a bit dry.

The pour-over was fantastic, really bold and rich. Staff was super friendly, explained all the options without rushing me. Just a solid coffee spot.

Nice little spot inside the Grove Arcade. We grabbed a table outside in the arcade itself, which was a pretty good setting. The food was decent, though the indoor seating is definitely limited.

Just grabbed a coffee here. The outdoor patio is really nice. Menu looked good, but honestly, the coffee was a bit pricey for the size. Might stick to just drinks next time.

That Hog Heaven biscuit is a solid choice. The hollandaise was rich, and the bacon had a nice crisp. Went with a simple mimosa, which cut through the richness nicely. Staff was friendly as usual.

The staff here are super friendly and seem to genuinely enjoy their work. That hometown vibe they've got going on really makes you feel comfortable and relaxed. It's a nice change of pace.

The Reuben sandwich was packed with corned beef, which was nice. But honestly, the portion felt a bit small for the price. I was still a little hungry after finishing it. The view was great, though.

Grabbed a quick coffee and croissant here. Coffee was hot and fresh, pastry was decent. Place is clean and quiet, good for a chat. Parking's easy. Prices are fine for what you get.

Hannah Kim really knows her stuff with acupuncture and TCM. She actually listened to my whole history before starting, which I appreciated. The session felt thorough, not rushed at all.

The coffee is fantastic, and I love the cozy, lived-in feel of the space. The owners have clearly put their heart into it.
