Excellent restaurant for a tastefull dinner with family or couple. The menu is not so full of dishes but they are very refined, you can surely taste all the best &quot;pugliesi&quot; dishes. The waiter was very polite and suggested us tipical and local plate  The prices are in line with the higt quality of this restaurant . Strongly suggested plate: spaghetti with nero di seppia, burrata and shrimps, wonderful!

Food was solid, ingredients tasted fresh. Service got a bit slow when the place filled up, but they were nice about it. Just a casual dinner.

The food here is exceptional, especially the grilled meats and pizzas. The service is attentive, and the outdoor seating is perfect for enjoying a meal in the summer.

The sea urchin was delicious, and the shell-fried shrimp were perfectly crispy. Service was quick even when busy.

For the main course, we opted for Salento-style skewers and a tender slice of horse steak, both expertly grilled to perfection. As a side, we enjoyed a portion of crisp fries.Our meal was accompanied by natural water and a bottle of the house red wine, which complemented the flavors. Every detail, from the warm hospitality to the authentic local cuisine, made for an unforgettable dining experience

Food was excellent!  Service was as well, considering the large tour groups to be accommodated.  Made for a somewhat noisy meal.

Deliciously interesting food offered in a perfectly situated spot in Nard&ograve;&rsquo;s main square in its historic center. The staff and kitchen were very accommodating of my dietary needs, gluten free, dairy free, and allergic to crustaceans. Yikes! At first glance, their menu did not seem as if it would work for me, however our server quickly sorted out some slight alterations to a few dishes that worked out perfectly for me. Very happy and would happily return again should we ever find ourselves in Nard&oacute; again. Grazie Rintocco!
