The coffee was solid, and the beachfront view is nice. A bit pricey, but the wine list had some good local options to pair with it.

Great spot for a quick bite. Pastry and coffee combo is solid, and the price is right.

Came here on a whim and honestly the kebab was better than some I had in Turkey. Ended up going back every single day I was in Piran. That says enough. Just wish they had a bit more seating inside, but whatever.

Pizza was solid, Diavolo especially. Got a table by the window, water right there. Nice spot to just sit and eat. Dough had a good chew, not too burnt. Fine for a casual stop.

The black truffle pasta was pretty good — you could taste the fresh local truffles. Owner was friendly even though the place was quiet on a Sunday.

The truffle pasta was the standout for me — creamy, earthy, and actually tasted like real truffle, not just oil. Pizza was solid too. Service was friendly without hovering. Prices seemed okay for what you get. Place was busy but we didn't feel rushed. Would come back for that pasta again.

Lovely little family place in Buje. Sat on the terrace under the trees, tried their Malvazija — really nice local wine. Staff were friendly, made us feel at home.

Been coming here for years. Their mixed fried fish plate is always solid, and the sorbetto is a nice way to finish.

The ingredients in the piadina were incredibly fresh. A bit pricey, but you can taste the quality.

The waffles are the only thing I come for. Light, crisp texture, not overly sweet. The custard filling is the best, creamy and rich. They do a good job with the basics.

Nice terrace with the sea right in front. Mojito was solid, one of the better ones I've had lately. Staff handled everything quickly, no waiting around. Good spot if you're nearby and want a drink without the fuss.

Lovely spot by the water, vines give nice shade even when it’s hot. We came for a casual lunch and ended up staying way longer than planned. Food looked almost too pretty to eat, but tasted even better. Fair price for what you get.

The cevapcici were decent, though nothing crazy. Kinda bummed they ran out of ciabatta and never mentioned the bread basket—felt a bit repetitive. Bill was a bit steep for what we got.

Lovely spot to sit outside, the courtyard is shaded and has this relaxed, boho vibe. Drinks were reasonably priced, which was a nice surprise. Service was friendly enough, though I did have to wait a bit to get the bill. Still, a pleasant place to just hang out and not feel rushed.

The garden’s really pretty, and the tiramisu was a solid way to end the meal. Service was friendly enough, but if you’re vegetarian, the main options are pretty thin. I’m not a big meat eater, so that was a bit of a letdown. Still, for what we paid, the portions felt fair. Just wish there was one more veggie dish.

Cozy spot, friendly staff. The four-topping pizza deal is a fun idea. Went for pepperoni, mushrooms, olives, and extra cheese. Good for a casual meal.

Came for the catch of the day and wasn't disappointed. The fish was so fresh, you could taste the sea. The fried calamari was a nice crispy side, but the anchovies were a bit too salty for me. Still, a solid spot for seafood!

Lunch was decent. The waiter actually remembered our order without writing it down, which impressed me more than the food itself. Had the grilled trout with potatoes—simple but fresh. Place was a bit busy around 1pm, so we waited maybe 10 minutes for a table. Fine for a quick bite if you're nearby. Nothing fancy, but it works.

Tasting menu was solid — mostly local stuff, homemade or from nearby farms. Natural wine pairing worked well. Took a bit longer than expected, but worth it for a slow lunch.

Stopped here on the way back to Italy and honestly didn’t expect much. The truffle menu is the reason to come. We let the owner pick for us and he nailed it. Fish was fresh, cooked properly. The truffle appetizers were generous for the price. Place isn’t fancy but the food does the talking.

Been coming here for years now. The portions are still huge, took half my plate home again. Staff switched between languages without missing a beat, always appreciate that. Place gets busy but the rustic vibe keeps it comfortable. Consistent, that's why I keep coming back.

Stopped by for a quick lunch. The grilled meat was decent, came out hot and juicy. Price felt fair for what you got. Staff tried their best with my English, no complaints there. Place was a bit busy but that's fine. Would eat here again if I'm in the area.

The Ljubljanska steak was solid—good size, cooked properly. Staff were friendly and didn't keep me waiting. That's about all I needed for a quick dinner stop.
