The place is definitely older, but they keep it really clean. I noticed the shared bathrooms were spotless, which is always a plus.

The outdoor onsen was the highlight. Sitting in the hot water with snowflakes landing on your shoulders... just incredibly peaceful. The private bath was nice for a change of pace too.

Found this stall by a souvenir shop. The charcoal grill smell is incredible. Tried the beef and pork sausage skewers — juicy and smoky.

The pork curry was a pleasant surprise. The meat was so tender, and I loved how the flavor started sweet and finished with a little kick.

A bit of a hike to get here, but the view from the terrace is so nice for a long chat with friends. We shared a few small plates and just relaxed. The walk back down was much easier!

Pet-friendly spot, had lunch outside with my dog. The Omicho seafood bowl was fresh, nice variety. Snow crab sashimi was tender.

The tonkatsu ramen broth was rich and porky, just the right amount of salty. Noodles had a good chew. The chashu was tender but could've been a bit warmer. That's really all I care about.

Stumbled in late, everything else was shut. The sashimi was really fresh, tempura batter light and crisp. Staff were so kind, asked about our trip. Just what we needed after a long day.

Nice rustic vibe inside. The yakisoba was a surprise, noodles were crispy and the flavor was rich. Really hit the spot.

The steak and chicken combo is solid for a chain spot. Good for a casual bite.

The ingredients are surprisingly good for a kaitenzushi spot. Tried the blackthroat seaperch and gasu shrimp. The chefs' attention to detail with the soy sauce and salt makes a noticeable difference.

They have a great selection of local sake. The owner lady was really helpful in picking one for me. It was a bit pricier than I expected, but the bottle was a good size for sharing.
