Cozy spot, perfect for a solo dinner. The vibe is relaxed and the interior is stylish. I enjoyed a nice glass of red with my pasta - a simple, solid pairing. The wine list has some interesting local options.

The industrial decor here is so cozy, with exposed brick and warm lighting. It felt like a nice break after walking around the geisha district all afternoon. Really liked the vibe.

This bar has a fantastic atmosphere reminiscent of the 1920s, with friendly bartenders and delicious cocktails that make it a perfect spot for a night out.

The sky lounge on the 30th floor offers an incredible night view of Kanazawa, making it a perfect spot for a romantic evening or a relaxing drink.

Stopped by for a nightcap. The bartender was really focused, great technique with the shaker. The Grasshopper cocktail was just right—smooth, minty, not too sweet. A nice way to end the evening.

I've been here a few times, and the 80s/90s toy collection on the walls is always a fun little detail.

Great spot for a quick bite. The owner makes the cocktails himself, and they're surprisingly affordable.

Impressive international cheese and cigar selection. The whiskey and spirits range is also very good.

As someone who watches what I drink, finding a place with a fully gluten-free menu is a relief. The staff really knew their stuff when I asked about pairing options. The wine list had some interesting local choices that worked well with my vegan dish.

The liquid nitrogen frozen melon daiquiri was a showstopper. Perfectly balanced, it made for a great start to the meal. 🍸

Came in for a quick bite and the pizza was a nice surprise. Really crispy crust, just how I like it. Went great with their IPA. The place is big and has a lot of tables, good for groups.

The 6000 yen course was generous. I liked how the chef would pause to chat between dishes, it felt personal. A nice, relaxed pace for the evening.

The Georgian plate lunch is a nice way to try a few things. The khachapuri bread was fresh and warm, which was lovely. The badrigiani with pomegranate was my favorite. The portions are generous, so it's a filling meal.

The drinks are excellent, really well-made. But I was a bit surprised by the price of an off-menu cocktail I ordered. It's definitely on the steeper side. Maybe just stick to the menu if you're watching your budget.

The staff at Furansu are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, providing excellent service and making you feel right at home. Their passion for mixology truly shines through in every drink they serve.

Service was really good, staff was attentive without being pushy. Food tasted better than expected, especially the grilled fish. For the price, the portions were generous.
