Owner was super friendly. I had the kiritanpo, an Akita dish. Broth was rich and hearty. Good for a quick, filling lunch. They do run out, so maybe call ahead.

Morning coffee here is a solid routine for me. The refills are a nice touch, and the staff is always quick with a smile. It's a chill spot to ease into the day.

The fusion approach here is fun. Not strictly authentic, but the subtle Japanese twist in the flavors makes everything really approachable. I enjoyed my meal!

The soft serve from the shop next door was the highlight. That apple flavor is so refreshing, just the right amount of sweet. Perfect for a warm day.

The mountain veg soba was really good. The veggies were big, fresh, and had that nice, subtle bitter edge. The counter is perfect for eating alone. Place is spotless, as usual.

Solid weekday lunch spot. The tonkatsu curry nanban soba is a unique combo. Pork cutlet was crispy, curry broth had good depth. Quick service, got me in and out for a meeting.

The cheeseburger was the highlight for me. Juicy patty, nice char, and the bun held up well. Strawberry milk was a fun, sweet touch. Those table outlets are a lifesaver for my phone. Menu's huge, almost too many choices.

The basic course with wagyu and abalone was a nice surprise. Having everything served in the private room felt very relaxing, no need to keep getting up. The seats were comfortable for a long meal.

The local apple in the main dish was fantastic, not just for show. Best meat I've had in Aomori this year.

The stir-fried bean sprout set was spot on. The pork and fried tofu with the soy sauce just went so well with the rice.

The uchiwa mochi is really good. The black sesame sauce has a deep flavor, not too sweet. The mochi is soft and chewy, just right. A simple, satisfying dessert.

The vanilla ice cream here is homemade, and you can really taste it. Creamy, with little specks of bean. I like sitting at the counter, watching them scoop it. Just wish they didn't stop serving so early at 6:30.
