The location inside the casino is interesting, but the dress code and ID check caught me off guard. Elegant vibe, and the food matched the setting.

The asparagus soup and Black Forest ribs were a standout combo. The flavors were spot on and I'm already thinking about trying to recreate them at home.

They accommodated us and our party of 15 from Canada and the food was excellent and the waiter and kitchen staff worked so hard and made it a great group dinner

Been coming here for years. The menu doesn't change much, and that's the point. You can always count on the ingredients being fresh and the dishes tasting like they're made at home. Just book ahead.

The Bouchée à la Reine was really good. The pastry was flaky and the filling was creamy and rich.

A decent spot with a cozy feel. The service was pretty good and quick, which was nice. I had the pasta, it was fine. The tables are a bit close together, but overall a solid choice for a casual dinner.

Cozy spot, loved the decor. The feijoada was rich and flavorful, really hit the spot. Prices are on the higher side, but the quality of the ingredients showed. Would go back for that stew.

Loved the quiet back terrace, so peaceful. The Milanese veal cutlet was very good. Street parking was easy to find. A comfortable spot for a relaxed lunch.

Open on a holiday when everything else was shut. Got a quick bite, service was fast and friendly. Exactly what I needed.

The cheese platter was fantastic, and the server explained each one's origin. Really enjoyed learning about them while we ate.

Loved the outdoor seating right by the river. The breeze was so nice, made the whole evening feel relaxed. Food was tasty, especially the pasta I tried.

Stopped by for lunch. The staff were really welcoming, and the place just felt cozy. Had the pasta special.

Quick service even during the lunch rush. Staff was friendly, and the English menu made ordering easy. Got my food in under 10 minutes. Perfect for a quick bite.

Stumbled in for a quick bite. The croque monsieur was spot on, really hit the spot with that crispy bread. Shared a carafe of rosé, just a nice, simple lunch. Service was friendly and fast, no fuss.

Cozy spot for lunch. The owner came by to chat, super friendly. Had the daily pasta special, it was just right. A bit on the pricier side, but the vibe made up for it.

The staff were really helpful with my dietary needs. They took the time to go over the menu and made sure everything was prepared correctly. Made the whole evening much more relaxed.

Owners are very welcoming. The set with a galette, crepe, and drink is a solid deal. Food came out quickly, tasted good. Convenient location for a quick lunch.

The bolinho de bacalhau was so fresh, you could really taste the quality of the cod. The moqueca was light and flavorful, not heavy at all. I appreciated the focus on fresh ingredients.

Stopped in on a chilly evening. The modern, cozy interior was just right—comfortable seats and a really laid-back feel. Perfect spot to warm up.

We had a lovely lunch on the heated terrace. The staff was very friendly and attentive, which made the whole experience so relaxing. It's a great spot to just sit and enjoy a meal without any fuss.

Very nice restaurant in a quiet part of Strasbourg. We were the first guests to arrive (a bit early) and they wouldn’t seat us until 7pm, but when seated, service was quick and the food was good.

The food is very tasty and authentic. We love the tajines and will definitely go again. The waitress was very welcoming and friendly. All very good, super! Highly recommended!

Flammekueche was solid. The traditional one had a nice thin, crispy crust. The mushroom and Munster versions were decent too.

Atmospheric and romantic, the location is perfect for a dinner for two o small groups. The food was excellent. Fabulous the entrée, superb the boeuf and the noix de Saint Jacques. The lady and the waiter were very professional and welcoming, friendly and approachable. Everything was perfect. A place you can't miss. No visit in Strasbourg is complete without a dinner at Le Violon d'Ingres. Angela LotitoFrom Italy

Stopped by for a late lunch. The tarte Tatin was the star—warm, buttery apples on a flaky crust. We were full but couldn't resist finishing it. The service was kind, and they even washed a blanket we'd left behind. Solid spot.

The truffle pasta was incredible—so rich and creamy. The portion was huge, I couldn't finish it! The terrace view of the cathedral was a nice bonus.

Great food - hot and cold Japanese dishes and no sushi. Plenty of choice. We were prepared for a wait but service was efficient and charming. Ask for classic table if you don't want to sit on a floor cushion. Very good value.

The bread here is so fresh and soft, it really makes the doner kebab.
