The scones here are exceptional. They’re some of the best I’ve had outside the UK. Flaky, warm, served with clotted cream and jam. That’s pretty much all I care about.

Came back for my 70th birthday. The food is always solid, never had a bad meal here. That chocolate dessert was the highlight for me this time. A nice, quiet spot for a special dinner.

The cinnamon scones are the best. They're served warm, and the texture is just right—not too dry. The clotted cream and jam are a good match. I'd come back just for those.

Been coming here for years. The music and vibe are always the same, which I love. It's just a really relaxing place to unwind with a cup of tea. The free weekend parking nearby is a nice bonus, too.

The kimchi fritters and black sesame scone were pretty good. Menu changes keep things interesting.

The vegetarian dim sum sampler was a nice surprise. The tofu and purple rice ones were particularly good. Decent variety for plant-based options.

The strawberry matcha is great, made with real strawberry puree. The tea house itself is really sweet and beautifully decorated.

The Hong Kong milk tea is a standout here. I'd just ask for less milk and ice next time. Solid spot in the east bay.
