Came here for a quick bite with a couple of friends and honestly the vibe was chill enough to just hang around after we finished. We ordered breakfast and it was alright, eggs were a bit overdone but nothing crazy. Service was quick and didn’t hover, which I liked. Place is decent if you’re not expecting anything fancy. 😌

Rushed us through lunch so we'd make the ferry — really appreciated that. Food was decent, nothing fancy, but they got us out the door on time.

The setting is really beautiful, that’s what drew us in. But the service just didn’t match. One guy seemed totally checked out, almost like we were bothering him. Made the whole thing feel a bit off. I’d still say go for the view, just don’t expect much warmth. Maybe we just caught them on a bad night.

Been coming here for years and the owners still remember us. Grilled halloumi was spot on, just the right amount of squeak. A bit pricey but you're paying for the real deal.

The mixed platter easily fed six of us, and the octopus was the standout. Grilled meats were solid, though I wished for a bit more fresh veg on the side. Good amount of food for the price.

Came for lunch and left properly full. The set menu had a good mix of home-style dishes, and the little dessert on the house was a nice touch.

Stopped by for a quick dinner last week. Chicken jalfrezi was decent, creamy with a bit of a kick at the end. Onion bhajis came out hot and not greasy, which I appreciated. Kingfisher on tap, properly chilled glasses too. Place was busy but service kept up fine. Solid local spot if you're craving Indian and don't want to overthink it.

The stifado was proper homemade—tender meat, rich sauce, and a huge portion. Came with fluffy mash and veggies. Exactly the kind of hearty meal I was hoping for.

The two-step ordering works well—pick your meat, then your gravy. Spice level adjustable too, which helps if you're not into heat. Solid spot.

Came here twice while we were staying nearby. The moussaka was solid, proper layers and not greasy. Seabass was cooked well too, flaky and fresh. Portions are big, I couldn't finish mine. Prices felt fair for what you get. Place gets busy around 8, so maybe go a bit earlier if you want a quiet table.

The "small" ribs were huge, honestly. Cocktail was strong too, which I appreciated. Good spot if you're in the area and want a proper feed.

Came for breakfast, stayed for the vibe. Live sax was a nice touch. Drinks reasonably priced too. Solid spot for a quick bite.

We’ve been coming here quite a bit and it’s become our go-to spot. The food is always consistent, which I appreciate. But honestly, the staff are what keep us coming back—they’re genuinely kind and never make us feel rushed. Even on a busy evening, they made sure we were comfortable. Just wish they had a bit more seating, but that’s a small thing.

The lamb kleftiko was the real deal. Fork-tender, fell right off the bone, decent portion for the price. Dessert was good too, baklava wasn't overly sweet. Place was a bit busy but whatever. I'd come back just for that dish again.

Nice breeze on the terrace, proper taverna feel. Food was decent, nothing fancy. Parking right nearby, which helps. Good spot for a quick lunch.

Stayed nearby and popped in for breakfast. Full English was spot on, decent portion. Came back for lunch, cod and chips was a proper size for the price. Service was fine, nothing to complain about. Wouldn't go out of my way, but if you're in the area it's a solid bet.

Lovely lunch with the sea right there—grilled halloumi was spot on. Service kept it easy, no fuss. Just wish the souvlaki came a bit hotter.

The burgers here are seriously big 😅 and they cooked mine exactly how I asked. Small thing but I loved that they let me swap grilled tomatoes for fresh ones—little customizations like that make a difference. Good spot if you're hanging out with friends and want something filling. Just come hungry!

The butter chicken was decent but honestly a bit pricey for what you get. Portion was fine, not huge. Flavour was there though.

Nice little spot in Polis. Shaded garden was a bonus, quiet enough for a quick break. Carrot cake was solid, homemade for sure. Service was fast, got my coffee and cake in no time.

Stopped by for a quick dinner. Service was sharp, no waiting around. Had the grilled octopus and a local red — both solid. Place was busy but not chaotic. Slightly on the pricier side for what you get, but fair for the area. Would come back if I'm in the neighborhood again.

The owner actually remembers you when you come back, which is nice. Had the stir-fried greens and they tasted properly fresh, not wilted at all. Simple home-style Hunan cooking, no fuss.

The Asian-inspired plates were pretty solid, flavors came through nicely. The staff actually knew their wine list and helped me pick something that worked with the spice level. That was a nice touch. Place got a bit loud later in the evening, but the food kept me there. Would come back for those noodles again.

The grilled octopus was the only thing I cared about. Came out tender, slight char, olive oil doing the work. Didn’t need anything else on the plate. Portion was decent for the price. I’d order two next time. That’s it.

Stopped by this family-run place in Peyia after a long day. Courtyard seating with Greek music playing low in the background. Ordered the mixed grill — portions were proper, not those tiny tourist plates. Lamb was tender, though the chicken skewer came out a bit dry. Staff were friendly without hovering. Bill came to about €25 for two with drinks. Fair for what you get.

The food here is proper home-cooked, no fuss, just done right. Staff were super accommodating when I asked for a few tweaks. Place fills up fast though, so definitely book before you go. I can see why.

Came back three times during our stay — the kleftiko was properly falling apart. Swordfish decent too. Portions big enough to skip lunch the next day.

The green curry was spot on—rich, creamy, just the right kick. Service got a bit scattered once the place filled up, but the food made up for it. Solid pick if you're nearby.
