Set menu is a good deal here. Ordered the grilled fish set, portion was decent and the fish was fresh. Service was prompt, staff checked in once during the meal. Solid option for a quick business lunch near the office.

The portion size here is huge! Got the grilled chicken platter, and it was a mountain of food for the price. Could barely finish half. Good for sharing or if you're really hungry.

Service was on point. Staff remembered our usual order. Always friendly, never pushy. Good vibes. 👍

The scones were the highlight for me. Really nice texture, and the Devonshire cream with lemon jam was spot on. Simple things done right.

First time with nasi kandar! I liked that we could ask for less spice. The cabbage was fresh and crunchy, which balanced the fried items nicely. The chicken was juicy too. Good portion for the price.

Hainanese chicken chop was the main reason for my visit. The chicken was crispy outside, juicy inside. The brown gravy had a rich, authentic flavor. It's a solid choice if you're in the area and craving that specific dish.

Family lunch here. The briyani chicken was good, tender meat. Mandi mutton was alright, but the masala tea really hit the spot. Decent meal.

Staff knew their wines. Gave me a quick suggestion that went well with my pasta. Perfect for a fast lunch.

The prosperous noodles had a nice, light peanut broth. The laksa was good too, with a decent kick of spice. The satay skewers were cooked just right, not dry at all. A solid spot for a quick, healthy lunch.

The kacang phool with crispy roti bakar is my go-to for a chill hangout. 😋

Nice little cafe. They know their coffee, brewed my Ethiopian just right.

Katsu and tuna sushi were good quality. Lunch prices are decent for authentic Japanese food in Penang.

The pho broth was so comforting, just the right warmth for a rainy evening. I liked how the space felt tucked away, with soft lighting and those little wooden stools. A nice, quiet spot to unwind.

Been coming here for years. The seafood is always fresh, that's what keeps me coming back. Yeah, it's a bit pricey, but you're paying for that quality. Perfect for when you want a proper meal out.

The Kapitan chicken was so comforting, just like my grandma used to make. That rich, authentic Nyonya flavor really hit the spot. Ate here last Thursday and it was a lovely, cozy spot for a quiet dinner.

The BBQ set for four was cooked perfectly right at our table. Haemul pajeon was super crispy and fresh.

We loved the interior, the superb staff that spoiled us rotten while we were there! packing up everything for us to make sure we don't waste any food, and checking us after every dish. very commendable. lack of 1 star due to the food, it wasnt as appetising as back then.

The salted fish chicken rice was served in a cute personal rice cooker. I liked that it stayed warm. The chicken was tender and the salted fish bits were just right, not too salty. The vegetables were fresh and crisp, which I always appreciate. A nice, balanced meal.

Ais Tingkap is one of the famous beverages in Penang. strategically located at Chowrasta Market. It was quite a long que in the weekend afternoon, this redmade with rose syrup, basil seeds, getah anggur, coconut flesh, and coconut rose, lastly... topped with shaved ice! However i'm not a big fan of syrup!

Staff took good care of a cake we brought in. They handled it carefully, even helped us store it. That was nice. Food was alright, nothing special. Service like that is appreciated though.

Loved the light, airy space here. Spent a few hours just brewing Longjing tea. The owners were really welcoming, shared some cool stories about tea. A nice, quiet spot to just be.

Tried the vegan nasi lemak on my first visit. It's a creative take on the classic, with the coconut rice still being fragrant and rich. The sambal had a nice kick without being overpowering. A solid option if you're exploring plant-based versions of local dishes.

The mango ice floss dessert was a fun treat. It's a unique texture, like eating sweet, fluffy snow. A nice way to end the meal. The staff was friendly and made sure we were comfortable.

Padang brown food court serves variety of food choices. Great place to spend time with your friends and family especially at night. It can be crowded at night. There is Brown hotel located opposite to this food court. You might be considering to stay here for easy access to this place. Cheers

The pistachio bubble waffle was warm and crispy, perfect for sharing with friends. 🧇 The sea salt caramel ice cream was a nice touch!

Always packed on weekends, but that's what makes it fun. Good mix of locals and tourists.
