Took a while to find this place upstairs. Cozy spot, owner was really friendly. Had the sizzling beef - the meat was tender and the sauce had a nice depth to it. A solid find.

The butter chicken is so flavorful. Staff are friendly and the seats are comfortable, makes for a relaxed meal.

This is my all time favorite for nasi kandar restaurant in Penang. Open from 12 noon till 10 pm. Normally queue can be very long but waiting time should be less than 30 minute. Very fast services.

Found this place when everywhere else was packed. The fried chicken is seriously crispy and juicy. Their sambal nyor is one of the best. Curry gravy is lighter, which I like.

The pork blood was so tender and tasty. Loved being able to add my own sambal to get the heat just right!

Nice spot for a beer and a proper meal. The vibe totally reminded me of an Irish pub, which was a nice surprise. Tried the Kadhai paneer with garlic naan on Pramod's suggestion, and it was spot on. He was quick and friendly too.

One of the famous local snacks shop which is not to be missed. The packaging is very modern and are great for gifts. They have many outlets throughout Malaysia.

Went hunting for this famous char kway teow during my trip in Penang. However it was such a disappointment. The taste is so so and there are plenty much better char kway teow I had eaten. For RM8, serving is small with 2 prawns and a duck egg.Not worth trying. Save your calorie.

Service was on point at the buffet. Plates cleared fast and drinks topped up without asking. Made it easy.

They serves verity of roti bakar, their Roti Bakar with Cheese was amazing, didn't really like the roti canai telur goyang with cheese. Price was pretty reasonable, have a try!

Been coming here for years. The garden is still lovely, and the welcome is always warm. Food quality has stayed pretty consistent, which is nice. A solid choice for a relaxed meal.

The pancake breakfast set was pretty good. Pancakes had a nice eggy flavour, and the plate was well put together with eggs done just right, crispy bacon, and a decent homemade sausage. The maple syrup went well with it. Coffee was fine, though a bit weak for my taste.

The Basque burnt cheesecake was the standout. Deep, rich flavor, and that perfect burnt top. The brownie was good, but honestly, the cheesecake stole the show.

Love the sushi here! So fresh, and the quality is spot on. The hotel lobby setting has this really cool, traditional vibe that's perfect for a chill catch-up with friends. We ended up staying way longer than planned just chatting.

The portions here are generous for the price. I got the nasi lemak set and the chicken was a full leg, not just a small piece. Couldn't finish it all. Good for a filling lunch.

The chicken curry and chapati combo is solid. Good portion for the price. Service was quick even during lunch hour. The sea view is a nice bonus.

The owners are always at the counter, prepping everything fresh. You can see it. Service is friendly and direct, which I appreciate. Makes the place feel reliable for a quick, solid meal.

If you're looking for a place to celebrate, The Glasshouse is ideal! The food is fantastic, and the service is top-notch. The ambiance is perfect for gatherings, making it a memorable experience.

Stopped by for lunch, the owner was super friendly. He walked us through the menu, which was nice. They also brought out a sushi cake for a birthday at the next table, looked pretty cool.

Comfy spot for a casual burger. The tables are nicely spaced out, so you don't feel cramped. They even give you disposable gloves for the messy bits, which is a nice touch.

Service was really good. The waiter took his time explaining all the dishes in English and Mandarin. Felt like he genuinely wanted us to understand the menu. Made the whole thing more personal.

The truffle pizza is why I keep coming back. Beetroot pasta and risotto are good finds, not something you see everywhere.

Went for the buffet. The staff were really friendly and made us feel at home. Good spread of local dishes, the rendang was a standout. A bit crowded on a Saturday afternoon, but the service stayed attentive.

Came here with the family. The Palak Paneer was the highlight for me, so creamy and the paneer was just right. The Dahl was also really good, perfect with the rice.

New spot, nice vibe. The food was solid, service was on point. Might swing by again if I'm around.
