The food was amazing and the service was great. Claudio is a real showman!! A little pricey but well worth the money.

Great food, simple but perfectly prepared in the tradition of la cucina italiana. Large portions, excellent and very affordable wines, and delightful service. Worth a trip down the hill from the old town. Very convenient to the Arena Santa Giuliana.

Wonderful setting! The outside patio is nice and airy with lovely oversized umbrellas. The menu is creative and a tasty offering of seasonal flavors.

Quirky decor. Lovely that there was no television and loud background music. An interesting menu. The food dropped a star as the tagliatelle was slightly overcooked and the paccheri slightly undercooked. The fish dishes were tasty and the beef stracotto was  well executed. Our waiter was very attentive.

The waiter doesn&#39;t speak English, and the menu was entirely in Italian. Luckily, I can speak basic Italian and also used Google Translate.The first dishes we had were excellent (2 with Burrata cheese and the Cupa Cupa salad), but they were huge, and then we couldn&#39;t enjoy the second dishes.The hamburger was without a bun.The grilled chicken was excellent. We liked the grilled veal less.They don&#39;t serve tea.Take into account that the restaurant is on a steep hill. There are 2 parking spaces on the hill, otherwise you need to park on the street and climb uphill.Good toilets.

Fantastic food, the pasta dish was a personal highlight, as well as my partner&#39;s main course. The local wine accompanied the food perfectly. Also the waitress serving us was outstanding, being extremely attentive, affable and professional. We are booked in again for Tuesday, it is that good.

I highly recommend trying the cold cuts and cheese platter; it&#39;s a delightful start to the meal and showcases the quality of their ingredients.

The dinner was quite good. I had the salmon tartare with Venus rice and avocado which was excellent. The grilled sea bass was excellent. The whole fish was grilled but they filleted it for you after upon request. My husband ordered the fixed menu. His Risotto was heavy and a large portion was served. There was one mussel and two scallops on the top. Very rich a large serving for his primo. He ordered the pork and potatoes which he enjoyed a great deal. Then he ended his meal with tirimisu, which was delicious. The service was lacking. It took us quite a while to get seated even though we had reservations and the dining room was pretty empty. There was no waiter out in the dining room for quite some time and one of the hotel employees came from the lobby bar to assist. One waiter was on for the whole evening service. Once the girl from the lobby helped, the server could catch up and he was quite nice. Definitely worth the trip!

Great local restaurant with high quality food and fun, festive atmosphere&hellip; a must if and when you are visiting Perugia. This evening we enjoyed folk music that enlivened everyone!!!

When you finally found the restaurant which is only possible with help by phoning the owner you are totally satisfied. The menue is very interesting, good quality, the staff is friendly and fast. We were really satisfied in all aspects even I was  nearly furious when searching the place and driving around like a fool. The tartare from gamberi wasn&#39;t perhaps the optimum as it would have needed more avocado dip. All the rest was to our absolute satisfaction. Also wine by the glass. Price/quality and discount were very good.

Welcoming staff who definitely care about what they do and about how guests feel. Great quality food with all local produce, home made bread. They take food and wine seriously, the wine list is full of interesting stuff and prices very reasonable when checked against the internet.Ignore reviews that mention a long wait, what we experienced were times you&rsquo;d expect for something to be made fresh, nothing more. Recommend the green salad which didn&rsquo;t appear on the menu but was absolutely delicious - with fennel and various leaves.Restaurant has a great spirit - our nicest evening in Umbria so far.

Great little local place - great food and good service!

I had an amazing dinner with my family at this restaurant. The carbonara was a hit with my daughters, and I thoroughly enjoyed the beef burger. The service was quick and the staff were courteous and respectful.

The management at this restaurant is so efficient. She knew my booking was on the fork and I didn&#39;t have to ask for the 40% off. Food was very fresh and fantastic flavours, presented well  I highly recommend this restaurant. If we had more time, I would go back for another meal!

I had an excellent lunch at La Rosetta, enjoying a variety of dishes including a delightful millefeuille. The atmosphere was wonderful, and the professional service added to the overall experience.

Il Baldo is a gem for lunch in Perugia! The tagliata was fantastic, and the service is always top-notch. I can&#39;t wait to return!

Wow! Something a little different but excellent.  Clafoutis in perugia.  The best service in our visit and well off the tourist track. And an excellent wine list

I was impressed by the impeccable service and the quality of the dishes. The veal cheek braised in Montefalco red wine was a highlight, and the warm bread selection was delightful.

This restaurant offers a fantastic selection of truffle dishes that are simply divine. The prices are reasonable for the quality of food and service provided. Definitely worth a visit!
