The location was absolutely beautiful. The service and the welcoming was great. We really enjoyed our dinner. Excellent food and wine.

Enjoyable dinner at Osteria San Biagio. We kicked off with the beef tartare in hazelnut sauce, followed by off-menu tender coratella and tagliolini al tartufo bianchetto (each bite bursting with flavor). My main course was a succulent beef flank in green peppercorn sauce, perfectly cooked. We sipped sparkling water and a glass of excellent local white, expertly recommended by the sommelier.To finish, we shared a creamy Basque cheesecake and a decadent chocolate &eacute;clair with strawberries, both divine. The dining room&rsquo;s elegant, thoughtfully curated d&eacute;cor created an intimate atmosphere, and the service was flawless, warm, knowledgeable, and attentive.

Our trip to Cortona started with the most Memorable  dinning experience we had all weekend. Organika (Francisco and his team) delivered 10/10 on all aspects. from when we arrived after a delightful sunset stroll down the hill from the town Centre. We were greeted immediately and taken to our outside table and our experience began. some light cocktails and delicious breads and oils  followed by 4 excellent dishes with paired wines to match generous servings made it more special as sometimes wine pairing can leave you wanting a few sips more. the ambience was just what we expected, a large table next to us seemed to be having an equally amazing evening, We overheard one lady say that it was the best meal of her life and how could Tuscany do better. at the end of the evening Francisco came to ask our feedback and we couldn&#39;t praise his dedication and teams efforts throughout the evening any more  .Well done I cant wait for my next trip to Cortona and to dine again in Organika.

Beautiful restaurant and outstanding service. The menu is unique which is hard to find in Umbria. We&rsquo;ve been twice and both times all dishes were just a little too salty. Everything would be perfection if a little less salt was used. Otherwise fantastic!

The setting is amazing, a gorgeous villa situated at the top of a cypress tree lined drive with stunning views.The food quality is excellent and the staff friendly and courteous.They serve their own produced  wines and olive oil with the meal.A real gem and well worth the visit.

We recently had dinner with friends on the outdoor covered patio which is a beautiful setting. The service was extremely attentive and the food was wonderful!

The food is really great.  Amatriciana,  porchetta,  bistecca and pinsa. The service is welcoming. High quality home made dishes.

We have somehow managed to omit L&#39;Oliveto from our itinerary over the years. We have finally made amends, and it was spectacular! From the greeting to the seating to the eating, all was better than expected. The steak was delicious, tender, tasty. Highly recommended! The wine list is pretty extensive, focusing on the Strada Vino d&#39;Orcia, and includes some truly rare bottles. All in all, good times indeed!

Great evening at Fisheasy. Sat outside on the terrace - lovely atmosphere with jazz soundtrack and garden lights. Warm welcome from host with good English and a great menu of fish dishes, everything we had was delicious and very reasonable prices. Would highly recommend.

Excellent food and service.  Their home-grown / home-made olive oil is fantastic and available for purchase.  A great lunch experience in this beautiful town.

A warm welcome awaits, we had a mixture of perfectly seasoned antipasti.  A good house red and three pasta dishes that were excellent.  The pasta was well cooked and tasty with flavour combinations that were interesting and a bit different to the usual fare.  The restaurant is a bit further up the road from Santa Maria degli Angeli but worth it.

This place has a charming vibe, perfect for enjoying a delicious pizza outdoors. The fried foods were also a highlight, and everything was fairly priced.
