It gets packed on weekends, had to wait a bit. But the food is so comforting and honestly not expensive. That chicken pot pie was exactly what I needed on a rainy night.

The flat white with lactose-free milk was spot on. Smooth milk, and the Phil & Sebastián espresso had a lovely floral note. A nice honey finish to it. My kind of morning coffee.

I always grab their specialty coffee when I'm in the area. It's just that good. Tried a fresh sandwich for lunch today too, and the online ordering made it super quick. My go-to spot.

The Winterlicious menu was a solid pick for a casual dinner with friends. The lemon meringue cheesecake was the real star of the table!

Joyce remembered my usual order without me even asking. That personal touch really makes the place feel like home. It's my go-to spot for a relaxed weekend meal.

The coffee is consistently good here, strong and smooth. Pastry selection is a bit limited compared to other spots, but the coffee itself is always reliable. That's what keeps me coming back.

The banana pancakes with real maple syrup were a highlight. I liked how the light from the big windows made the whole place feel really airy and bright, perfect for a lazy weekend morning. The eggs Benedict were solid too.

Perfect for a pre-show dinner. The ingredients tasted so fresh and vibrant, which I really appreciate.

The coffee's good, but it's the baked goods that keep me coming back. That lemon-thyme scone? Unusual and absolutely nailed it. The Star Wars stuff is a fun touch, but honestly, I'm just here for the pastry case.

The back area near the restrooms has such nice lighting, really soft and flattering. It's perfect for taking photos without feeling like you're in a spotlight. Made our group dinner feel a bit more special without being fussy.

Busy spot, but they keep things moving. Perfect for a quick lunch. Got the banana split - classic diner dessert done right. Service was efficient even when packed. Just what I needed.

Connected to the Holiday Inn. Menu's got a solid range. Food was good, decently priced. Staff were friendly, service was quick. They had a nice local IPA on tap that went well with the burger. A bit noisy from the lobby, but fine for a casual bite.

The Eggs Benedict is the reason I keep coming back. The eggs were perfectly runny, hollandaise rich and buttery. That side of fresh fruit was a nice, sweet contrast. Just a solid, classic brunch plate.

The French martini was really good, but honestly I just loved the vibe here. The lighting was warm and the bar stools were actually comfortable to sit on for a while. A nice place to just unwind.

The beef quesadillas were nice and crispy, with a little parmesan on top. The jerk chicken had a good kick to it. I really appreciated how the server checked in just the right amount—not too often, but we never had to look around for a refill.

The butter chicken here was really good. I appreciate that they use fresh ingredients, you can taste it in the sauce. The spice level was just right for me. A solid choice when you want something flavorful but not too heavy.

Server Mitsuko was super helpful with the menu. Got my order fast and the food was really good. Perfect for a quick lunch.

The service at 1 Kitchen is exceptional, with attentive staff who go above and beyond to ensure a great dining experience.

The place is always spotless, which is nice. A solid spot for breakfast or lunch down at the Harbourfront.

The home fries are the star here. Perfectly crispy and fresh, a solid side for any breakfast combo.

The space gets pretty tight when it's full, and the noise level can climb. But honestly, the food is so good and the staff are genuinely nice that I don't mind it much. Just something to know if you're looking for a quiet spot.

Stopped by for a quick lunch. Got the sandwich combo with two salads for under $15. The chicken salad was fresh, lots of greens. Good deal for the neighborhood.

Loved the cozy family-run vibe here. The peameal bacon was spot on - thick cut, just the right amount of salty. And the bottomless coffee kept me going for hours. Perfect for a lazy weekend morning.

Cozy little find in the Beaches. Loved the bright upstairs room. The focaccia club sandwich was the star for me—really fresh, quality ingredients. The smoked sausage in the omelette was tasty too. Friendly service. A solid spot for a relaxed weekend bite.

Had a relaxed lunch at The Beacher Cafe. The watermelon salad was refreshing, and the Club chicken breast sandwich was cooked perfectly. What really made it for me was the fresh coffee—it paired so well with the food. A solid spot for a casual bite.

The spot is super handy for a beach day. We stopped in for a quick bite before heading to the shore. Food came out fast, which was perfect. Made the whole afternoon just flow.

Peameal bacon was thick and flavourful. The home fries really stood out though - not greasy at all and seasoned just right. That's what I'll remember.

The breakfast sandwich is exactly what I want from a local spot. Solid diner food.

Been coming to Hazel's for years, and the freshness of the ingredients always stands out. Bonnie's hash is a go-to for me—you can tell the veggies are just prepped. The potatoes aren't greasy at all. It's that consistent quality that keeps me coming back.
