The paneer tikka was the standout — smoky, charred right at the edges, and the marinade actually had some spice to it. Not the usual bland version you get everywhere. Menu's small but that one dish alone made the visit worth it. Could've used a bit more salt though.

The owner actually came over and helped us pick a crepe for dessert. Ended up being the best part of the meal, not too sweet but just right. Love when staff take the time like that, makes the whole experience feel more personal. Definitely going back for that one again.

Burgers were proper juicy, fries crispy. Peach iced tea hit the spot, not too sweet. Good casual spot if you're around. View's a bonus.

Came here on a quiet weekday evening. The courtyard really does have that old French colonial vibe, not fake at all. We ordered the set menu with wine pairing. Food was solid, nothing mind-blowing, but the duck was cooked well. Service was good, not hovering. Price is on the higher side but fair for what you get. Would come back if I'm in the area.

The Fireball pizza with paneer and red paprika on thin crust was good. Fresh toppings, nice crunch. Chicken Xtasi was just okay though. Fine for the price.

Tried the bamboo biryani here after hearing about it. It's decent, the aroma from the bamboo really does come through. Chicken curry was fine too. Place looks a bit rough from the outside, but the food makes up for it. Service was quick enough. Would go back if I'm craving this specific style.

The owner knew his stuff when I asked about a drink pairing for dessert. Pointed me to something light that worked perfectly with the jamun gelato. That flavor is so natural, tastes like the real fruit. Place is tidy and easy to sit in. Slightly on the pricier side, but you're paying for quality ingredients.

The soft serve here is proper — that vanilla actually tastes like fresh milk. ₹40 for a cone, can't complain.

The beef steak was juicy, seasoned just right. Yellow Thai prawn curry had good flavor too. Summer rolls were meh, carbonara was bland. Stick to the mains, skip the rest.

Stopped by for a quick bite and ended up staying longer than planned. The burger bread was surprisingly fresh, soft but held together well. I asked for a custom sandwich tweak and they didn't blink, just did it. Had a beer alongside, decent enough to wash it down. Place is tidy, staff friendly. Nothing fancy, but it works. Maybe a bit slow if you're in a rush, but I wasn't.

Tried the Ferrero Rocher brownie and the chocolate mousse cake — both hit the spot. Place is tiny and gets packed, but the desserts make up for it. A coffee or dessert wine would pair nicely with that brownie.

Dosas were solid. Chutneys had some real flavour, not the usual watery stuff. Idlis soft too. Place was buzzing for breakfast, good energy. Bit of a wait for a table but worth it. Ate way too much. Good spot in Pondy if you want something proper.

Stopped here for a quick pizza fix. The thin crust was really good, exactly what I needed. Staff were polite, didn't have to wait long for the order. Location is central, easy to find. Only thing is the seating is a bit cramped, but for a quick bite it's fine. Would come back if I'm in the area.

The pistachio croissant was actually insane, flaky and warm when they brought it out. Coffee was strong too, went really well with it. Pricey though, paid almost double what I'd normally spend on breakfast. Place was packed even on a weekday, had to wait a bit for a seat. But honestly that first bite made it fine.

Went with a couple of friends last weekend and honestly the biryani was the star of the table 😋 Mr. Udhai made sure we were looked after the whole time, super friendly guy. Place is clean and chill for a catch-up session. Only thing is the portions felt a bit small for what we paid. Still, good pick if you're craving some solid South Indian food.

The mixed fried rice here is what I keep thinking about. Had it last week and the wok hei comes through strong, grains are separate, not mushy. Portion is decent for the price. Honestly I just ordered that one dish and left full. Service was fine but I wasn't really paying attention to that. Just here for the rice.

Stopped by for a quick bite. Owner Mr. Antony was super helpful — helped me get my lost bag back with everything still inside. Didn't expect that kind of care from a random visit. Food did the job, service was the real highlight. Solid spot if you're in the area and need a fast, decent meal.

Flavours are solid and the menu's huge - dosas to chaats, all covered. Place gets packed though, so be ready to wait. Worth it for the food.

The soft lighting near the window seats made the whole place feel calm, even on a busy evening. Their North Indian and tandoori dishes still taste like proper home cooking, not rushed. Staff were genuinely warm, one of the kindest in Pondicherry honestly. Consistent every time I visit. Just wish they’d dim the music a bit, but that’s minor.

Tried the wheat thin crust pizza here — surprisingly light and fresh, lots of toppings. The owner let us watch it go into the wood-fired oven, that was pretty cool.

Tried the Kentucky veg burger and Cajun chicken—patties were juicy, buns soft and fresh. Jazz decor gives it a proper old-school feel, kinda unique. Only thing is seating’s a bit tight, but food makes up for it. Solid spot if you’re into burgers.

We went on a busy weekend evening. Place was packed but the staff still managed to seat us in under ten minutes. That alone was a win. Tried the chicken biryani and the mutton curry — both were properly spiced, not the watered-down version you get at a lot of places. Portions were decent for the price. Service stayed attentive even with the crowd. Solid choice if you're in the area and want a no-fuss meal.
