They were friendly and cared about the event, bringing out our cake at the end of the meal and giving my mum a drink on the house. She was so surprised and happy, so for that it means a lot. The pub itself felt very festive and cozy, perfect for the Winter ahead and a very inviting bar and selection. The food we ordered was delicious, 3 out of 4 of us ordered the pie of the day which was delicious along with accompaniments and a very good portion.
