Came for a quick bite before heading out. Got the pasta and a drink — food came out fast, which I appreciated. The view over the city at night is really something. Place was packed though, so I’d book ahead if you can. Service was fine, nothing fancy. Good spot if you’re in the area and want something decent without a long wait.

Steak was cooked properly, and the sides were decent. Service was friendly enough, even with the place being busy. A bit pricey for what you get, but I'd probably come back if I'm in the area.

Came for Sunday breakfast, had the eggs benedict and a flat white. Eggs were cooked right, hollandaise was decent. Place was busy but we got a table fast. Solid spot for a weekend morning.

The golden tiramisu was good, but I’m more of a traditionalist when it comes to Italian desserts. Portions are solid, and that free limoncello at the end hit the spot. Would’ve loved a proper wine pairing suggestion to go with it, though.

The smashed burger patty was the highlight—crispy edges, still juicy inside. Bun was soft and buttery, toppings didn't overwhelm. Solid burger spot in Riga, though the place gets a bit cramped at peak hours. I'd come back for that patty alone.

The seating area is pretty basic but honestly that didn't bother me much. I had the pork stew and it reminded me of home cooking, the kind that fills you up without any fuss. Prices are fair for what you get. Service was friendly enough, though they did take a moment to notice I needed a refill. Still, I left feeling satisfied.

Stopped by for a glass of wine after work. The place has a decent vibe—warm, not too loud. Tapas were pretty good, especially the ones we tried with the wine. Service was fine, nothing to complain about. A solid spot if you just want to sit and chat for a bit. Maybe a bit pricey for the portion sizes, but okay.

Stopped by for a quick bite. Place is tiny, maybe 4 seats. Got the cake of the day—pretty good, not too sweet. Service was fast, which is what I needed. Fine for a grab-and-go if you're in the area. Don't plan on sitting around.

The layered dough pastries here are really filling, and the coffee was solid. Nice to find power outlets too, though seating felt a bit tight.

The dinner specials menu is a solid deal—portions are big and the food tastes good. We sat near the kids’ playground, which made things easier for us. Service was friendly enough, though it took a bit to get our drinks. Prices felt fair for what we got.

Came here with a couple friends on a weekday evening. Got the pulled pork tacos and garlic bread — both solid. Portions are generous, no complaints there. Courtyard seating is nice, pretty chill vibe. They even have a menu for dogs, which is a cool touch. Place was busy though, so I'd book a table if you're going later. Service was fine, nothing special.

Coffee’s decent, one of the better ones in Riga, but honestly the cup’s a bit small for the price. Fine for a quick catch-up, just don’t expect a big refill. ☕

The house beer was fresh and cheap. My rice dish came a bit smashed up but still tasted good. Fine spot to sit outside and watch the square.

Cool spot. Cocktails were creative and balanced, not the usual stuff. Minimalist interior, easy to chill. Bartender knew what they were doing. Prices are a bit high but fine for the quality.

Been coming here for years. Fish and chips are still the best around, no question. Portions are huge too. Staff knows what they're doing. Only knock is it gets busy on weekends, but that's on me for showing up late.

The bread alone is worth stopping in for. Got a decent portion for what I paid, which doesn't happen often in Riga. Creative menu, but I'd say it's more of a treat than a regular spot.

The Adjarian khachapuri was the reason I came here and it didn’t disappoint. That boat of bread with the egg and cheese, pulling it apart while it’s still hot—exactly what I needed on a cold day. Place was busy but the food came quick. Just wish the crust was a bit crispier at the bottom, mine got a little soggy. Still, I’d get it again.

The tree in the middle of the room is such a nice touch. Felt cozy and local, and the traditional dishes were fresh, not heavy. Good spot if you want something simple and honest.

Goulash with dumplings was solid, beer poured right. Place sits away from the tourist crush, felt like a proper local spot. Not mind-blowing, but I'd take it over the old town spots any day.

The burger was properly juicy, and the bun held up without getting soggy. Fries came out hot and crispy, just how I like them. Had a glass of red with it—worked better than I expected with the beef. Place was busy but we got seated quick. Only thing, the shake was a bit too sweet for me. Still, solid spot for a casual bite.

Stopped by for a quick pint. Menu said €9, but they charged €7 at the bar. Not sure why the difference, but fine. Place had a decent enough vibe for a short stop. Nothing fancy, but it worked for what I needed.
