Asked if the food was halal, waitress said yes and even offered to show the certificate. Fried rice had nice texture, not dry. Tasty but portion felt a bit small.

The seating area near the window is really cozy, good for just hanging out. Staff knew their cakes well and even explained the tea steeping times. The warm crumble cake hit the spot.

The dark chocolate muffin here is the one. Gooey center, not too sweet, edges have that slight crunch. Honestly the best muffin I've had in Riga. Selection's decent too, some savory ones if that's your thing. Place is tiny though, so don't plan on sitting around. Grab it and go.

Came for a late lunch and grabbed their pizza—honestly one of the better ones I've had in Riga. Crust was properly charred, toppings fresh. Staff were super friendly too, which made it easy to just sit and relax. Wouldn't mind going back next time I'm craving pizza.

The terrace seating is lovely for watching the boats go by. Had the grilled fish with a nice glass of sauvignon blanc, worked well together. Service was a bit slow but the view made up for it.

Stopped by for lunch and tried the grey peas — really solid, tasted like something my grandma would make. Interior is cozy, proper old town vibe. Prices are a bit steep though.

Stumbled into this place while wandering the old town. Menu's only in Latvian but the guy at the counter walked us through it in English. Had the pork with sauerkraut—proper homemade taste, not fancy, just solid. Portion was big enough that I skipped dessert. Mostly locals eating, which says something. Prices fair for the location.

The seafood risotto was spot on, and the wine list is solid. Service gets a bit stretched when it's busy, but the food alone makes up for it.

The poppyseed bun was the best thing I had — good size for the price. Coffee's solid too. Place on Miera gets busy but it's worth stopping in.

Loved the sugar-free options here—the keto cake actually tasted like cake, not cardboard. Staff knew their ingredients well. Good spot to sit with a coffee and get some work done.

Coffee here is actually good. Took a few minutes but whatever, it was worth standing around. Place is small, not really for hanging out long. Just grab and go. I'd come back if I'm in the area and need a decent cup.

Jackfruit tacos were solid. Didn't expect much from a vegan place in Riga but these had real flavor. Snickers bar thing was a nice little finish. Place was busy but fine. Good if you're not into meat.

The beef burger was properly juicy, really good. Kids' play area kept my little one busy so we could actually eat in peace.

Desserts are the reason to come here. Chocolate fondant was spot on, crème brûlée too. Mains are fine, just a bit heavy for my taste.

Came back the next day because the sea bass was really good. Grilled just right, and the Russian-style meat was decent too. Staff actually remembered us, which was nice. Place is a bit quiet for a Friday but fine for a relaxed dinner.

The riverside view is the main reason to come here. Big windows, watching boats pass by while you eat. Service was friendly too. But the pizza itself? Just okay. Dough was a bit flat, toppings nothing special. For the price they charge, I expected more. Fine for a drink by the water, but I wouldn't come back just for the food.

Came for a drink, stayed for the music. Bartender was friendly and knew what he was doing. Solid spot for a relaxed evening in the center.

Stopped by for a quick coffee and cake. Got the jasmine green tea and a slice of cake—both fine, nothing fancy. Prices are fair for the area, that's for sure. Place was a bit busy but I found a seat. If you're nearby and need a sugar fix, it does the job. Not a destination spot, but solid.

The pets wandering around really make this place feel warm. Calm vibe, easy to just sit and linger over your food. Lovely spot.

Mushroom risotto was solid, drinks came quick. Place has a nice vibe but nothing mind-blowing. Fine for a fast lunch stop if you're nearby.
