The pork cutlet with potatoes really stood out. Cooked well, not dry at all. They also have a nice regional wine list that pairs nicely with the food. Service was attentive without hovering. Only thing is the place gets a bit loud when full, but that's probably a good sign. Would come back for the schnitzel alone.

Nice spot right by the river in Boppard. Wiener Schnitzel was solid and the daily specials didn't disappoint. Service was a bit stretched when we visited, but the wine list made up for it.

Came here with a couple of friends on a random weekday evening. The food was solid, nothing crazy but tasty enough. Portions were decent for the price. What stood out to me was the staff—they actually checked in on us a few times without being annoying. That’s rare around here. Place wasn’t too loud either, so we could chat easily. Would come back if we’re in the area again 😊

The terrace alone is worth stopping by—live music sets a nice vibe without being overpowering. I had their breakfast spread and a slice of cake, both solid. Staff stayed friendly even when it got busy. Only wish they had a better wine list to match the setting; a glass of something crisp would've made it perfect. Still, a good spot to linger.

We grabbed a table with friends on a random Tuesday and it was such a chill spot. Pizza was solid, salads fresh too. Staff didn’t rush us at all, even when we stayed late chatting. Only thing: got a bit loud inside, but whatever. Would come back for a casual hangout 😊

The cakes look great and taste even better. Tried the chocolate one, really solid. Service gets a bit chaotic when it's packed, but honestly the baking makes up for it.

The trout was cooked really well, and the place itself has that cozy, family-run feel. Service was on point too. Just wish the seating was a bit more comfortable for a longer meal.

The pizza here has that thin, crunchy crust I really like. Toppings tasted fresh, not overloaded. I had the calzone too, it was really good. Service was quick and the staff were friendly. Only thing, the place got a bit busy around noon, but nothing to complain about really. A solid spot if you're in the area and want proper Italian food.

The staff were super nice even though the place was packed. Food was tasty and they made us feel really welcome. Good spot for hanging out with friends 👍

The pork knuckle was the real deal. Crispy skin, tender meat, proper mustard on the side. Had it with a dark beer, that's it. Portion was big enough that I skipped dinner later. Nothing fancy about the place, but the food did exactly what it needed to do. Would come back just for that dish.

The half-board dinner was really nice. Wild garlic cream soup and homemade raspberry ice cream were the standouts for me. Breakfast jam tasted fresh too.

Came for dinner last week. Place looks nice, warm lighting. Had the tasting menu — pretty solid. The sommelier picked wines that actually matched the food. Not cheap though. Service was fine, a bit slow between courses but nothing crazy. Would go back if someone else is paying.

The schnitzel was huge and cooked just right, mushroom sauce on the side was creamy. They even brought a free appetizer which was a nice surprise. Service stayed attentive but never hovered. Solid spot.

Came here with friends while exploring Mainz and the smoked salmon ravioli really stood out. Pork chop was solid too. Service kept it easygoing. Nice spot if you're hanging out with people. 🙂

The vegetarian banh mi surprised me—rice tofu ball had real flavor, not the usual bland stuff. Baguette was fresh too. Just mind the 10€ minimum for card payment.

Been coming here for a while now. Butter chicken stays consistent, which is honestly why I keep going back. Service can be a bit slow sometimes, but the food makes up for it.

The vegan pizza options are a solid plus. It's a tiny spot, mostly takeaway, but the staff were friendly and the slices are generous. Unusual toppings too.

Good vegan burger selection, even the sauces are plant-based. Tried one with a solid red wine—worked surprisingly well. Just wish they used whole ingredients instead of processed stuff. Still, decent spot.

The coffee was really good and they had a nice selection of cakes. Staff were friendly enough, and I appreciated that the restroom was clean.

The tasting menu was fun—each dish came with a quick story from the staff. Wine pairing felt a bit pricey for what you get, but the food itself made up for it.

The pizza crust was genuinely good—crispy but not burnt. I had a glass of their house red with it, which worked better than expected. Service was fast, almost too fast, but I wasn't complaining. Outdoor seating's a plus when the weather behaves. Decent spot for a casual bite.

Sweet potato fries were the highlight, honestly. Crispy, salty, just right. Our waitress was super patient, even with my kid making a mess. Food was solid, nothing crazy, but that service made it easy to stay longer. Would come back for those fries alone.

The tarte flambée swap is a smart deal—two smaller ones instead of one big, so you get to taste more. Service was quick and left us alone. Bathrooms were clean too.

The schnitzel was properly crispy, not greasy at all. Seasonal asparagus with hollandaise was spot on. Service friendly without hovering. Place was busy but we didn't feel rushed.

The tarte flambée was tasty and the price felt fair for the portion. Courtyard seating is nice, service was a bit all over the place though.

Came for Sunday brunch. Buffet had plenty of options and the food was solid. Terrace is nice when it's not too crowded. Service was quick. Just a bit tight around the buffet area.

We stopped by for breakfast and grabbed a table right by the window. The waffle was nicely crisp, not too heavy, and the fruit on top was fresh. Location is super convenient, just off the platz. Staff were friendly enough, though we did have to wait a bit to get our order taken. Fine spot if you want something easy before heading out.

Nice spot, breakfast was fresh and the coffee did its job. Prices were fair for what you got, not cheap but not a rip-off either.

The sushi here is seriously fresh, like melt-in-your-mouth fresh. I tried the salmon nigiri and it was a cut above most places in Mainz. Kind of wish I'd ordered more, honestly. The wasabi had a nice kick too. Definitely my new go-to spot when I'm craving Japanese.

Went back again last week and ordered the orecchiette di manzo al limone. Still as good as the first time. Pizza's huge too, easily enough for two. That bear in the van decoration always makes me smile. Portions are generous for what you pay. Just wish they'd open a second location closer to my side of town.
