Salted egg butter milk squid and sizzling homemade bean curd were really good. Creative dishes. But the portions are on the smaller side for the price, had to order extra rice to feel full.

Their kampua noodles hit the spot for breakfast. The place is simple, just a small kopitiam with those old-school round tables. A bit warm inside though, could use a fan or two.

Love the open-air vibe here, high ceilings and that little pond. Feels like you're dining in a garden. Had a simple lunch with friends, just what we needed. Food was decent, nothing fancy.

Small spot, super basic inside. But the food! The spices are there, but not heavy at all. Just lets the real flavours shine. Really enjoyed that.

Grabbed a seat at the bar with a couple mates. The stools are comfy, perfect for just hanging out and chatting over a meal. It’s a good, relaxed spot for a casual catch-up.

The pigs knuckles were perfectly crispy. We paired it with a dry Riesling that cut through the richness beautifully. The oysters were fresh, and the bee hoon portion was generous. Total for four came to RM154, which felt fair. Just wish the wine list had a few more local options.

Been getting popiah here for years. The rolls are always packed with filling, never skimpy. The uncle is friendly, remembers regulars. Simple and reliable.

Decent little spot tucked away in a local coffee shop. The owner was friendly and helpful, which was nice. The place is clean and the tables are spaced out well. Had a pretty good coffee there.

Been a regular for 15+ years. The consistency is what keeps me coming back. Ordered the usual grilled fish last week, and it was just as solid as I remember. No surprises, which is a good thing for a reliable business lunch spot.

The roasted pork skin was so crispy! The char siew was a touch sweet for my usual taste, but I really appreciated how fresh the ingredients felt. You could tell the meat was good quality.

Been coming here for years. Their Peking duck is consistently good, especially the crispy skin.

Stopped by for dinner. The salted butter crab was really good, fresh and full of flavor. The prawns were solid too. A bit on the pricey side, but you get what you pay for.

Been coming here for years, and the kolo mee is always the same. Springy noodles, that simple seasoning. It's just consistent. That's why I keep coming back.

The Sarawak pale ale on tap was really nice. Served in a chilled glass, it just hit the spot with my food. That cold, crisp first sip was everything.

The beef noodles are a solid choice. The broth is decent and the beef chunks are pretty tender. A bit on the salty side for me, but it's a reliable local spot.

The chicken "butt" is a regulars' pick! It's a fun, unique thing to share with friends who are up for trying something new. The fried chicken wings are also really tasty. Good spot for a casual hangout.

I'm a burger fan and this place is a solid find. The simple cheeseburger is really good - the patty has a nice char on it, and the veggies are fresh. The booths are comfy, which makes for a relaxed meal.

The curry chicken here is my go-to. The chicken pieces are tender and the sauce has a nice depth of flavor. I appreciate that it's not overly oily. The portion of rice is generous too. A solid, simple meal.

Found this spot easily, parking was a breeze. The grilled octopus was the star for me – super tender with a nice char, and that lemon-herb oil was just right. A bit on the pricier side, but I'd go back for that dish.

Been coming here for years. The vibe is always so chill, just like a proper Japanese izakaya. Perfect for a quiet beer and some yakitori.

Love the vintage vibe here, perfect for catching up with friends. The Spanish decor makes it feel cozy and relaxed.

The breakfast sets are generous and filling, good value. The soft bread is a highlight.

Really clean spot, they even wipe down the canned drinks. The pork noodle soup was spot on, just had to wait a bit for it.

Old school hawker centre. Tried the famous char kway teow here. Wok hei was on point, smoky and not too greasy. Worth the queue.
