The medicinal soup was nice, a gentle curry flavor. The enzyme brown rice had a unique, pleasant chewiness to it. The whole place just felt really calm and cozy, which was exactly what I needed.

Been coming here for years, and that spaghetti never changes. Still comes out sizzling on the hot plate, with that same sweet ketchup sauce. It's the consistency I keep coming back for.

Been coming here for years. The set meals are solid, you get your fill with the rice refills. Drink bar's included too. It's just a good, simple place for lunch when you're in the area.

The English menu was a lifesaver! Staff were super patient while we figured out the grilled eel set. Made ordering way less stressful.

The calm interior of the restaurant provides a relaxing atmosphere, ideal for enjoying a meal without feeling rushed.

The bread here is the best part. They walk around with baskets of it, warm and fresh. Couldn't stop having more.

The double beef sukiyaki set was perfect for a chilly evening. I really appreciated how fresh and thinly sliced the meat was. The vegetables in the broth were crisp and not overcooked. A very comforting and wholesome meal.

Had to book ahead for the Chiryuppi character cookies everyone talks about. Honestly, the price is a bit high for just a few cookies, but they are unique. Not something you see every day.

The standing soba bar has a real Showa-era vibe. Their house sake was a nice match for the hot broth.

The grilled fish set was solid, and it came out quick - perfect for catching up with friends before a movie.

This branch is my go-to. The staff are always so kind. They once surprised me with a free cake sample - a nice touch. The wine list is decent, though a bit pricey. Good for a relaxed evening.

The coffee was good, but the portion for the price felt a bit small. I was hoping for a slightly bigger treat to go with it. The space is cozy though.

The ginger pork set was decent, well-seasoned and quite filling. The mini chocolate parfait was pretty good too, with plenty of fresh cream. A solid lunch.

The pork cutlet curry bun is consistently good. Been coming for years and it's always that same satisfying size and flavor.

Been coming here for years. The oden broth is always the same, rich and deep. That consistency is what keeps me coming back. Just wish the portions were a bit bigger sometimes.

The staff was polite and service was good. Stopped in for a quick meal before my train. It was a nice, calm way to start the trip. The manager even helped with my luggage.

Walnut cream bread is my go-to for a quick bite. Cream and bread ratio is spot on. Got it to-go during a busy lunch break. Fast service, no wait.

The mitarashi dango is served warm. The mochi is incredibly soft with a good chew. What stands out is the generous amount of that rich, savory-sweet sauce they use. It's a different shape than usual, which I liked.

Came here with a couple friends. The Japanese hamburger steak with the daikon on top was so good with rice, really light. We also shared the cheese chicken in tomato sauce. Perfect for a casual catch-up.
