I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Indigo, and the on-site restaurant was a great bonus. The food was tasty, and the staff were very helpful throughout my visit.

The remodel of Mineral 1886 really enhanced the dining experience. The food was delightful, especially the ravioli, and the service was top-notch.
