Came here for a family dinner. The staff were really on it - handled our big group smoothly, even with a cake surprise. Food was solid, but honestly, the service made the night. Felt well taken care of.

The chef runs the whole place solo, so you do have to wait a bit. But you can tell everything is made with real attention. I liked watching him work from my seat.

Nice quiet spot. Had a quick breakfast here. Plenty of space, didn't feel crowded at all. Good for a relaxed bite when you're not in a hurry. Coffee was decent.

The iced white coffee here is so strong and flavourful! Really wakes you up. Staff making the drinks are super friendly and quick, which is great when you're grabbing a morning coffee with friends before the day starts.

Plan B Ipoh is located at No.75, Jalan Panglima, Ipoh, Perak. It is a well known Asian fusion restaurant in Klang valley and have a branch in Ipoh old town. With an old classic style building and the decor is hipster setting, cozy and absolutely instagrammable! The food and beverage, variety of desserts were really good.

The mango salad was a nice, light starter. The ginger tea was a good choice too. I liked that the tables weren't too close together, made it easy to relax.

Easy to find with parking at the Cameron Highlands Resort. The drive up gives you a nice view of the surrounding hills and the golf course. It's a very peaceful setting, especially if you get a window seat.

The signature duck was pretty good, especially at that price. We got a half portion and it was more than enough for two. Service was fine, just a bit slow when we wanted the bill.

Been coming here for years. Sambal prawns with petai is my go-to for a quick lunch. The petai is fresh, gives it that kick. Claypot tofu is solid too. Gets the job done when you're in a hurry.

A pork-free Chinese breakfast spot, perfect for groups. The local vibe is authentic, and their house tea was a nice touch with the dim sum.

The wings here brought me right back to my uni days in the States. The sauces are spot-on. Portion for the price was decent, got a good amount. Could be a bit crispier maybe, but the flavor is there.

Hossain and Jo took some great photos in the cave. They knew all the best spots for lighting and angles. Made sure we got the shot before moving on. Really appreciated that extra effort.

Tasty and homey style of cooking. Love the Belacan watercress with roast pork 🔥also the stir fry beansprout and roast chicken! Yums!

The hotel's location is pretty good. It's a short walk to the night market, which was handy for grabbing a quick bite in the evening. Made getting around the area quite easy.

Parking at the back was a lifesaver. The front lot was packed, but we drove right in. Didn't have to circle the block like everyone else. Made getting a table way less stressful.

Lai Kee's pork chop rice. Solid. Tender meat, good seasoning. That sweet tomato sauce with pineapple bits is the key. Hits the spot for lunch. Affordable too.

The grilled salmon was cooked just right, flaky and moist inside. The lemon butter sauce had a nice tang to it, not too heavy. Portion was decent for the price. That's really all I care about.

The dum muttun biryani here. The spices are so authentic, you can taste each one. The mutton is incredibly juicy, just falls apart. Best I've had in a long time.

Rooftop pool was a nice surprise. Free towels and Guinness on tap.

Loved the alfresco hotpot vibe here. Eating in the jungle setting is so unique, you really feel like you're in nature. The steam from the pot mixing with the evening air was pretty cool. Just be ready for a few bugs joining the party! 🍃

The butter pumpkin was so creamy, a lovely sweetness. And the Guinness pork ribs, that malty sauce really stuck to the ribs. Good portions, left feeling pretty satisfied.

Simple menu, you mark your order on a paper slip. Food came out super quick. Had the grilled fish, fresh and flaky. Just a nice, easy meal. No fuss.

Been coming here for years, and their kaya puffs are the reason. That pastry is always so flaky, never soggy. The kaya inside is sweet, but not too sweet. It's the one thing I know I can count on every single time.

Busy spot for charcoal steamboat. Good for a quick dinner. Lots of choices - fishballs, prawns, even ice cream. RM34 per adult. Food came out fast, which I needed. Closed Mondays, so plan ahead.

The back patio feels like a little secret garden. So nice to sit there with a cold drink on a hot afternoon.
