The Turkish eggs and babaganoush breakfast are great. The sourdough it comes with is a lovely touch.

Nice spot by the common. Had a quick lunch on the terrace. Good for a sunny day, easy to stretch your legs afterwards. Simple and convenient.

Been coming here for years, love their house-roasted beans. Had the usual flat white today, smooth as ever. Tried the Basque cheesecake this time, went nicely with it. Owner's a decent bloke, always has a minute for a chat.

Popped in for a cortado. Their single-origin beans really come through, bright and strong. Nice neighbourhood spot, feels calm and welcoming. Just the right kind of place to unwind for a bit.

Popped in for a quick bite. The staff were really helpful when I couldn't decide. Ended up getting the fish and chips, which was solid. Nice, easy spot.

Staff were really kind and helpful. Had a minor issue and someone went out of their way to sort it for me. Appreciated that a lot. Quick, no-fuss help when you need it.

Been coming for a year. Their pistachio cornetti is a must with a morning coffee. The tiramisu is even better if you order ahead.

Popped into The Queens Head for a late lunch. The portions are absolutely massive - my fish and chips could've fed two! Washed it down with a decent pint of local ale, which cut through the richness nicely. A solid, hearty meal.

Irela was really helpful explaining the app to me. Saved a bit on my order, which was nice. The place itself felt a bit bright and loud for a quiet dinner, but the food was solid.

Really lovely, friendly staff here. They remembered my name on my second visit, and even gave my dog a little treat. Makes the whole place feel so warm and welcoming.

Perfect for a quick lunch. The sharing platter was fresh and hit the spot. Falafel was crispy, halloumi nice and warm. Got my food in under 10 minutes. Back patio is a nice bonus for when you have a few extra minutes.

The coffee is consistently good and the ingredients in their sandwiches always taste so fresh. A nice spot for a light lunch.

Been here a few times for the veggie breakfast. Good portion for the price. Partner's full breakfast always looks great too.

The full English was spot on. You can tell they use good ingredients, the bacon was thick cut and the sausages had a nice herby flavour. The Monmouth coffee was a great touch too.

Proper East End caff with a real community buzz. My full English was spot on – the black pudding was particularly good, and the portion was massive. Couldn't finish it all!

The staff here are so lovely. They remembered my name from last time and asked how my week was going. Felt genuinely looked after, not just served.

Been coming here for years whenever I'm in town. Had the full English breakfast this morning - proper sausages, eggs done just right. Popped back in the afternoon for a pint. Staff are always dead sound.

The menu here is way bigger than I expected for a local spot. Had the eggs benedict - the hollandaise was just right, not too heavy. A nice surprise for a quick breakfast.

The staff are genuinely lovely. They accidentally gave me the wrong matcha but sorted it out so quickly and kindly. It felt like a proper neighbourhood spot, not just a cafe.

Been here a few times now. The portions are generous, and the food is cooked right. What I appreciate is their wine list – decent options that don’t break the bank. Makes for a reliable, satisfying evening.

Cosy little spot. Staff were really helpful with the tea menu. Had a gluten-free cake, pretty good. Nice place to just sit for a bit.

This place is a nice little spot in the village. The staff were friendly. I tried the lamb shank, it was cooked perfectly, just fell off the bone. Good portion too. A solid meal.

The full breakfast platter was really nice. What stood out was how attentive the staff were, checking in without being intrusive. It made for a very relaxed and comfortable meal.

Love this little creperie! The galettes are spot on, honestly some of the best I've had since my trip to Brittany. Tried the ham and cheese one this time - the buckwheat base was just right. Staff are always lovely too.

Quick lunch spot. Used the kiosk to order a chicken sandwich and fries. Food was ready in under 5 minutes, which is perfect for a short break. Sandwich was decent, nothing fancy. Just what you need when you're in a hurry.

The owner is lovely, but what keeps me coming back is the freshness. You can taste it in everything. The cakes are always just-made, and the coffee is consistently good. It's a reliable spot for a simple, quality bite.

Great spot for a casual bite. I was really impressed by the menu variety - loads of options for both proper meals and little snacks. Everything's priced pretty fairly too. The staff were lovely and happy to talk me through the different dishes.

Lovely spot for a full English. The staff were so kind when I asked to swap out the beans for extra mushrooms. It's the little things like that which make a meal feel easy and relaxed. Nice to have the option of sitting outside too.

The vegan lasagna here was a real find. Creamy cashew bechamel, loads of roasted veg. Sat outside and it was just the right kind of relaxed for a lazy Sunday.

The breakfast menu is solid. I had the avocado toast with poached eggs, and the portion was huge. Really fresh ingredients, you can tell. A bit pricey for what it is, but I'd go back.
