Been coming here for years. The staff are always so friendly, they remember my usual order. It's that consistency that keeps me coming back. A proper local spot.

The lunch menu's Pad Thai was spot on - fresh ingredients and they swapped out the shrimp for me. Solid find.

The baked rice with pork in cream sauce was spot on. Really hit the spot on a chilly evening. The place has a cosy, rustic vibe that just makes you want to linger a bit longer.

The hot chocolate was rich and the chai latte had a lovely spice. The real highlight was the service, though - our waiter had some great suggestions for a dessert wine to go with the pastries. Made for a very relaxed afternoon.

The smashed avo on sourdough was spot on. The egg was perfectly runny, and the bread had that great tangy chew to it. Just what I needed for a lazy Saturday brunch.

The coffee here is fantastic, really smooth. I did think the portions were a bit on the smaller side for the price, but the quality is so good. A nice spot for a treat.

A real gem for board game lovers. The hot chocolate was solid, but the cakes on display looked incredible. I'll definitely be back to try a slice. Plenty of tables and it's quiet enough to actually focus on your game. Friendly folks at the counter too.

Stumbled upon this place on a walk. The pistachio and rose cake was lovely - not overly sweet, and the portion was generous for the price. I really liked the relaxed, airy feel of the space.

Callum and Tracy looked after us, giving us a great welcome and service as we celebrated a family birthday. Couldn't have asked for a better place or nicer people. Dog friendly too!

The refurbishment of the pub has been tastefully done and adds to the dining experience. The food was delicious and our server, Natalia, was friendly and very helpful. We made a change to our booking earlier in the day and this was done efficiently.

Desire's service at The Boot was top-notch! He brought humor and professionalism to our dining experience, making it truly enjoyable.

Service was spot on. Quick and efficient, but not in your face. They kept things moving without any fuss. Just what you need for a quick lunch.

The roast dinner was spot on. The trio of meats were cooked just right, and the roast potatoes had that perfect crisp. Found a nice Malbec on the list that went really well with the beef. Staff were friendly, though service was a touch slow.

I had an amazing bottomless brunch experience! The atmosphere was vibrant, and our server Gemma was fantastic, always ensuring our drinks were topped up. The variety of cocktails was a pleasant surprise, and I can't wait to return.

I highly recommend Alici's for its excellent service and delicious food. The team, including Gokhan and Eren, went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time.

Nice place for a special dinner. The decor is classy and makes it feel like a proper occasion.

Chicken tikka and butter chicken were both tender and well-spiced. Good, authentic flavours.

The sourdough is the main reason I keep coming back. Their chicken and mushroom pie is pretty good too.

The staff were very patient with our large group and separate checks. The salmon and eggs on toast was pretty good.

Lovely spot for lunch outside when the sun's out. The patio is really pleasant, and they're fine with dogs. Food was decent, though the service was a bit slow.

Service was prompt and efficient. Imogen was attentive without being intrusive. She handled a busy Friday night well, got our orders right, and the pacing was good. Solid experience.

Really enjoyed the tapas selection here. Ordered a bunch of things and they all came out together, which was great. The staff were lovely and friendly too.

The biscoff cheesecake was a real treat. The music was a bit loud, but the atmosphere was pretty good.

The wine list is solid, plenty of choices by the glass. Had a glass of the house red with the steak, worked well together.

The lamb biryani here is incredible - so fragrant and tender. Saturdays do get packed, so definitely book a table. The BYOB policy is a nice bonus, made for a relaxed evening with friends.

Been coming here for years, and the garden view of the cathedral is still the main draw for me. It’s just a reliably peaceful spot to unwind with a drink.

Been coming here for years. The pub dinners are always generous, never feel like you're getting short-changed. That's what keeps me coming back.

Popped in for a late lunch with friends. The Adana kofte and chicken shish were so good! Loved that they brought out complimentary salad and bread for the table - perfect for sharing while we caught up. Service was quick, which was great as we were all a bit hangry 😅

The mixed grill was the star for me. The lamb chops were incredibly tender, and the flavours were just spot on. A bit pricey, but that's London for you.
