Ridwan was so on it! Overheard us mention the burger was a bit spicy and came right over to check if we needed anything. Made our group feel really looked after. The whole team had that friendly, chilled vibe that's perfect for catching up with mates.

Lovely little spot in Wanstead. The pastries are incredible - the almond croissant was so flaky and buttery, still warm. Perfect with a coffee on their patio.

Dog-friendly, which is lovely. The boquerones were spot on, fresh and tangy. The welcome felt genuinely warm, not just polite. It had that personal touch you don't find everywhere. A nice, simple vibe.

Nice little find away from the match day chaos. Their beer list had a few interesting local ales I hadn't tried before. The classic burger was solid, nothing fancy, but hit the spot.

The mixed grill is the reason I keep coming back. Juicy lamb chops, perfectly seasoned chicken skewers, and that smoky grilled flavour on the vegetables. It's always hot off the grill. The Turkish breakfast is also solid, with fresh ingredients.

The service was pretty good, even on a busy Friday night. Staff were polite and efficient, didn't feel rushed at all. A decent spot for a relaxed meal.

Lovely spot for a quiet family dinner. The place is clean and really nicely decorated, which we all appreciated. Plenty of parking right outside made it super easy.

A lovely Sunday lunch. The wine list had some interesting local options that paired well with the roast. Staff were very friendly, and they even gave my daughter a student discount.

Lewis was really nice about us showing up a bit late. He didn't make a fuss at all, just got us seated and sorted. Felt like we were expected, not an inconvenience. That kind of welcome goes a long way.

Nice spot for a lazy afternoon. Big windows let in loads of light, feels relaxed but still a bit smart. Had a pot of tea and a scone here, just what I needed.

Been coming here for years. The coffee's always spot on, and that chocolate croissant is the reason I keep coming back. It's just a solid, reliable spot for my morning routine.

The landlord and bar manager are brilliant, really welcoming. The beers are top-notch and it's a very popular spot on a Sunday evening.

A proper British pub experience. The history here is genuine, you can feel it in the atmosphere.

The staff were so nice to our big group! They kept checking in without being annoying. The menu even marks how spicy each dish is - saved us from ordering something too hot for my friend. 😅

We've been a few times now, and it's always reliably good. The food is tasty and reasonably priced, which is why we keep returning. It's just a comfortable, easy spot for a meal.

Had a lovely, relaxed meal here. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, perfect for a quiet date night. We lingered over our mains and just enjoyed the vibe.

Had a solo dinner. The vegetarian options were good, but portions felt a bit small for the price.

The food is top notch, and portions are so generous we always leave with a doggy bag. Their house red is a solid, unpretentious choice that pairs well with most of the menu.

Henry and Anas were really on it. Made the whole thing smooth.

Nice spot in Brentwood. The murals inside are lovely, really set the mood. Food was pretty good.

Been back a few times. The sea bass in the seafood platter is always so fresh, you can really taste the quality.

The garlic rice was a star, packed with flavour and could honestly be a meal by itself. The tandoori prawns were tasty, but the portion felt a bit light for what you pay. Still, hit the spot for a late dinner.

The homemade pickles and garlicky coleslaw are the real stars here. The pickles have a proper crunch and a sharp, vinegary bite. The coleslaw is creamy but not heavy, with a nice garlic kick. They make the sandwich so much better.

The gluten-free menu here is really extensive. They take care with everything, and my carbonara was spot on - honestly, one of the best I've had since my trip to Rome.

A nice spot for a quiet dinner. The food was pretty good, and the little touches like gum and perfume in the restroom were a thoughtful detail. Service was fine, though it did get a bit slow as the evening went on.

Solid local pub. They've got a really nice selection of drinks, which I appreciate. Found a surprisingly good local red that went perfectly with the steak and ale pie. The vibe is spot on for a relaxed evening.

I have been here with parents, children, the kids chums, my mates and a lady or five. This was for my 60th with the eldest, her Man and a lady chum of mine. The waiting staff were effective and courteous the foid was good and got to have a Dad chat this is the first time since my last parent passed a way so a comfortable and warm place. The walk in Dedham was very chilly a lunch to remember.

The pad thai here really hits the spot. It’s got that authentic, vibrant flavour I remember from my travels. The staff are lovely and the booth seating is so comfortable, which makes for a very relaxed meal. A nice little find.

Been trying Indian places around here for ages, and this one’s my go-to now. The dhansak was spot on. They’ve got a decent house red that actually works with the spices, which is a nice touch. Service is always friendly. Prices are fair.
