The Tivoli burger was spot on - juicy and cooked just right. Harrison’s service was really friendly too.

The Christmas party setup was handled well. Eden was great with communication, and the venue size worked nicely for our team.

Nice spot for a quick lunch break. Chairs are comfy, atmosphere is calm. Good for unwinding and watching the world go by. Gets the job done for a fast, quiet bite.

Staff were welcoming, helpful and polite. Food was excellent as usual especially the meats on offer, some of the veg a bit tired.

Lovely garden area, plenty of outdoor seating. The kids' play corner is a nice touch. Perfect for a relaxed afternoon with the family when the weather's good.

The Christmas decor was incredible, like stepping into a different world. The pizzas were spot on, especially the Diavola with its perfect char on the crust. It was packed, but that just added to the festive buzz.

Been coming here for years, and the staff always make you feel like a regular. Drinks are still fairly priced, which keeps me coming back.

Lovely to bring the pup. The outdoor area is so spacious, perfect for a lazy Sunday after a stroll. Just a really nice, relaxed vibe.

Cosy spot in town, perfect for a cold day with the log fire. Had the Sunday roast - the portion was huge, easily enough for two. Honestly couldn't finish it all. Price felt fair for the amount you get.

The online tap list is always up to date, which is so helpful for planning. I found a single cask beer here that was a real treat, not your usual pub fare. It made for a very relaxed visit.

We hadn't been here for many years as we moved to a different area. I had seen a few negative reviews but decided to give it a go as it was a good halfway location to meet friends from further away.We had a delightful meal and the waiter was helpful and attentive. All 4 of us thought the menu had something for everyone for each course. There were a couple of mistakes made with the ordering and the bill but they were swiftly and courteously dealt with.We will definitely go again even though it's a 20+ mile away. Not cheap but the food and service made it well worth the trip

Solid beer selection, and they often have deals on certain drinks. The pool table and other games like darts and table football make it a fun spot for a night out with friends. Found a nice local pale ale that went down a treat.

The craft beer here is really solid. Had a couple of their IPAs, the hop profile was clean and crisp, not overly bitter. Just a good, straightforward pint. The atmosphere's fine, but honestly, I'm just here for the beer.

I highly recommend this place for its great food and accommodating service, especially for families with kids and pets.

The game tasting menu was the highlight. The venison was cooked just right, tender with a hint of smokiness. Alex's wine pairings explained each choice well, which helped. A solid meal, though the final dessert felt a bit too sweet for my taste.

Been coming here for years. It's a proper local pub, always clean and the bar staff are a friendly bunch. The food's solid, just what you want.

Great spot for a quick lunch. The staff are super friendly and it has that proper local pub vibe. Food came out fast, which is exactly what I needed. Good for a quick bite.

Found this place after a few letdowns. The sea bream was cooked just right, and the fillet steak was lovely. What really stood out was the service—our server was so friendly and attentive, which made the whole evening feel relaxed and easy. A nice, comfortable spot.

Regular for brunch. The full vegan breakfast never disappoints. Solid every time. Good veggie options too. Quick service, fair prices. That's it.

Cosy spot, especially with the fire going. Tried a couple of their real ales from the rotating taps. The atmosphere just feels right here, warm and unpretentious. A proper pub.

The beamed ceilings and old woodwork are the real star here. It’s a proper, classic pub feel. Just sat with a pint, soaking it all in. That’s the point of a place like this.

Lively spot, really enjoyed the live music on a Thursday night. The outdoor seating was packed but we found a spot inside. Good energy, felt like a proper local pub.

The Ploughman's lunch was solid. Generous slices of ham, a good chunk of cheese, and the baguette was fresh. Salad was crisp. Felt like a proper, filling meal for the price.

The sourdough pizza base is spot on, really good texture. Toppings are interesting, not your usual stuff. They had it ready in about three minutes, which was a nice surprise. Just wish the slices were a bit bigger for the price.

Stopped in for the Sunday roast. Beef was spot on, really tender. The Yorkshire puddings were huge and so good. Proper generous portions, left feeling stuffed.
