Love the homemade feel here. The hash browns are fresh grated, which you don't see often. Sausages are from East London Sausage Co. – really good quality. For the price, you get a proper, hearty portion. Felt like a good deal for a full breakfast.

Lovely food and my sever was very friendly not too noisy either bought kids desserts and a adults but they were the same size and different in price only thing I would change is better signage would have been nice as only 1 sign near the entrance and not the car park it’s self as as didn’t say anything about pay and display on website and after having to download the app to pay and display only to be told in the restaurant after I asked that u get 3 hours free when dining

Just had lunch here after their refurb. The place feels so much more open and airy now, really comfortable. The new layout is a big improvement. My only thing is the tables are a bit close together, but it's a minor point.

A lovely family-run Cypriot patisserie. The pastries have a proper homemade taste.

Been coming here for years, and the food's always spot on. That's what keeps me coming back. The consistency is rare these days. Had the steak frites again last night, cooked just right as always.

The space has this lovely, cosy feel to it. It’s the kind of place where you can just sink into a chair with a coffee and not feel rushed. They’re dog-friendly too, which is a nice touch.

Service was really good even when they were packed. Our server checked in just the right amount, not too much but we never had to wait for anything. Made a difference.

The bacon and egg baguette here is just right. Simple and delicious, a proper local favourite. The bread was perfectly crisp.

Lovely countryside like restaurant. Food well cooked/ served piping hot. Service very fast. Waitress-sorry not to have asked her name-was fun and marvelous Parking free.Strongly recommended.Thank you

Stopped by for a quiet lunch. The place is really cozy and clean, which was nice. Service was good, no complaints there. Just a solid, low-key spot to grab a bite.

Been coming here for years. Their full English is always spot on - never greasy and ready in a flash even on busy mornings.

Been coming here for lunch for ages. The food is always reliable, and the staff are just so friendly. It's a comfortable spot where you can have a quiet, easy meal. The tables are well-spaced, which I really appreciate.

The chicken liver was fantastic, and their house red was a surprisingly good match. The chocolate cake to finish was just right.

The gluten-free tahini halva brownie. That's the one. Fresh, homemade, incredible texture. They've got plenty of vegan and GF options too.

The breakfast deal is solid. The eggs were cooked just right, and the bacon had a nice crisp to it. The hash browns could've been a bit hotter, but the taste was spot on. Good portion for the price.

A great venue. Staff were polite and attentive and the carvery nicely presented. However the vegetable selection was a bit disappointing.

We have visited the Lion and Key on numerous occasions and have never been disappointed. The quality of the food and the friendly service are always very good

George was our waiter and he was really nice. Made sure we had everything we needed without being over the top. Good vibe.

The kebabs are always juicy and served piping hot. Everything's cooked fresh to order, which I really appreciate. The meat is spot on, and even the sides have that just-made quality. Solid spot for a proper kebab.

I really enjoyed the big lounge breakfast here. The spinach and feta shakshuka was a nice change from the usual. The booths were spacious and comfortable, which made for a very relaxed start to the day.

First time here and the food was so fresh! The staff were really sweet with my little nephew, made the whole lunch feel easy.

The food and service were excellent. Just wish the plates and food were hotter. I've said this before and I accept that it cannot be perfect, but it would be great if both the plates and the food could be hotter.

The tapas were spot on, but the real star was the wine list. Found a fantastic Rioja that paired beautifully with the chorizo and patatas bravas. Staff were great, got our big order out all at once. A bit pricey on the drinks, but worth it for the pairing.

Been coming here for years. The lamb ribs are always spot on, and I love that they still bring out all the little starters first.

Had the sizzling lasagne and raspberry cheesecake here. The lasagne comes out hot and bubbling, perfect for sharing with a couple of friends. Portions are huge, we couldn't finish it all. The cheesecake was a nice touch to end the meal.

The scones were a real highlight. Warm, crumbly, and they give you a generous amount of clotted cream and jam. Just perfect with a pot of tea.

Popped in for a full English. The bacon was spot on, and the service was really quick and friendly. Just a nice, easy start to the day.

Been coming here for years. The staff are always so friendly, they remember my usual order. It's that consistency that keeps me coming back. A proper local spot.

The hot chocolate was rich and the chai latte had a lovely spice. The real highlight was the service, though - our waiter had some great suggestions for a dessert wine to go with the pastries. Made for a very relaxed afternoon.
