Stopped by for a quiet drink and ended up staying longer than planned. The beer list is huge, lots of local stuff I hadn&rsquo;t tried before. Staff were patient when I couldn&rsquo;t decide, which I appreciated. Didn&rsquo;t eat much, just a snack, but it was fine. Seats were comfortable too, always a plus for me.

The chicken skewer duo with sweet potato fries and B&eacute;arnaise sauce was solid, portions were generous too. Only thing&mdash;the seating felt a bit cramped, not the most comfortable for a long dinner.

The classic beef burger was a letdown&mdash;bun and patty felt cheap. But Daniel and Sacha gave us such a warm welcome, that saved the whole visit.

Service was not to good and took a lot of time ( apparently one waiter was missing )

We booked for a big group and honestly the staff handled it so well. Everyone got their food at the same time, which never happens. We were a loud bunch but they didn&#39;t seem annoyed at all. Solid pick if you&#39;re planning something with friends. Just maybe book ahead, it got busy fast.

The beer flight was solid&mdash;good way to taste a few different brews. Terrace view over the battlefield is a nice bonus.

Sushi rice was bland. Like, really bland. Everything kinda tasted the same because of it. Ingredients were fresh though, I&#39;ll give them that. Miso soup was cloudy too, not great. Delivery was quick, so maybe I&#39;d try a different roll next time. Not writing them off yet.

The vegan bowl was solid&mdash;staff actually knew their stuff when I asked for help building one. Went with the tofu and roasted veggies, worked out better than I expected. A glass of dry white cut through the dressing nicely. Place was a bit busy but they didn&#39;t rush me. Would come back for that bowl again.
