We stopped by for dinner and honestly the salmon salad was the highlight. Fresh, decent portion for what you pay. The scampi was good too but a bit on the smaller side. Place is small and cozy, nothing fancy. Staff didn&#39;t mind adjusting things for us which was nice. Would come back if I&#39;m in the area again.

Stopped here while wandering around Naarden&rsquo;s fortress. It&rsquo;s small, but the vibe is genuinely cozy &mdash; the kind of place where you don&rsquo;t feel rushed. They&rsquo;ve got a solid selection of specialty beers, and the boiled eggs at the bar are a nice touch. Didn&rsquo;t try much food, but the beer alone made it worth the stop. Just be ready for it to get a bit cramped if it&rsquo;s busy.

The grilled octopus was spot on&mdash;smoky, tender, not chewy at all. I&rsquo;ve been back three times in the last month just for that dish. Service is friendly too, though it did get a bit busy around 7. Still, that octopus keeps pulling me in.
