Located in one of the best area of Madrid, this Cantabrian taberna/restaurant has surprised me, very welcoming staff, simple daily menu with fish or meat, good value for money if you opt for special offer

Gelato&#39;s the real deal. Tried vanilla and that Grana Padano one &ndash; super creamy, tastes like they use proper stuff. The Grana Padano was interesting, a bit salty but in a good way. Just walked in off the street, glad I did.

Nice ambience, good service, a bit pricey, but worth it with the fork discount. Friendly and well trained staff. I highly recommend it.

The chocolate is thick and creamy, just right for dipping the churros. It&#39;s not too sweet, which I like. The churros themselves were warm and crispy. A solid spot for a quick treat.

Lunch was good. The croquetas were crispy on the outside, creamy inside. Sangria was just right, not too sweet. The view of the plaza from our table was a nice bonus.
