Service was quick and staff were super nice. They let me hang out and use the Wi-Fi long after I finished my coffee, even though it was near closing time. That was really appreciated.

The Kogane pork omelette was a standout, perfectly cooked and rich. Their sukiyaki hotpot was also solid. I appreciated the wine list—found a nice Pinot Noir that paired surprisingly well with both dishes. A good spot for a relaxed dinner.

I was impressed by the innovative presentation and delicate flavors of the dishes. The Japanese course meal was delightful and worth every penny.

The window seats here offer a lovely view of Lake Toya. It's a peaceful spot for a quiet meal. The chairs were quite comfortable, which was nice for a longer lunch.

They have an English menu which helps. Tried the butadon - the pork was tender, cooked just right. Main dishes are priced okay.

Love watching them make everything by hand! The staff were so chill and clearly into it. The inside looks awesome, but yeah, the outside is super easy to walk right past. 😅

The staff was so nice! They remembered my name from the reservation and checked in just the right amount. It felt really welcoming without being over the top.

Grilled pork chop was solid. Crispy outside, tender inside. The onion sauce was a good match, not too heavy. A bit pricey for the portion size, but convenient location for a business lunch.

Service was really attentive even though we were just a small group. They didn't rush us at all, which was nice.

Found this cute spot while wandering around. Their shrimp curry is the real deal - creamy, with a nice kick, and the shrimp were perfectly cooked. The pork rice was good too, but that curry is what I'll come back for.

The soy ramen is tasty and the portion is generous. I really liked the vibe here—the wooden tables and warm lighting felt cozy, not too loud. A good spot for a casual meal.

The fig and chocolate donut was a standout. The chocolate was rich, not too sweet, and the fig added a nice texture. Pumpkin one was good too, but the fig was my favorite. A bit pricey for the size, but I'd get that one again.

The dinner course was delightful, featuring perfectly cooked Wagyu beef and a creative dessert that was a feast for the eyes as well as the palate. I can't wait to return and try more seasonal dishes!

If you're staying at The Windsor Hotel, this sushi restaurant is a must-visit. The quality of the food and the skill of the chef make it worth the price.

Tried the shio ramen on a chilly evening. The broth was gentle and light, just what I needed. The owners were polite and respectful, which was nice to see.
