Solid Korean spot. Bibimbap was hot and the banchan kept coming. Place was clean, service did the job. Nothing fancy but it hit the spot for a quick dinner.

Decent breakfast spot in UB, but 8AM opening feels late when you're hungry. Portions are fair for the price though.

The place looks nice and the staff were polite enough. I ordered the grilled lamb and it came out pretty good, tender and seasoned well. Portion was decent for the price, not huge but fair. I'd say it's a solid spot if you're in the area and want something reliable without breaking the bank.

Stopped by for a quick lunch between errands. The buuz were juicy, lamb filling tasted fresh. Portion was decent for the price. Salted milk tea was... different. Not my thing, but I can see why locals like it. Place was busy around noon, got my food fast though. Simple, no fuss.

The tonkotsu ramen was solid — rich broth, noodles cooked right. Place gets packed around noon, so yeah, you'll wait a bit for your bowl. I didn't mind much, but if you're in a hurry, maybe pick a quieter time. Worth it for the broth alone though. 🍜

The beef here is still solid — been coming for a while and it never disappoints. Service was slow this time though, staff looked swamped. Fine if you’ve got time to kill.

Been coming here for a while now. The thin crust pizza is still as good as the first time I tried it. Gelato's a nice touch after. Only thing is delivery takes forever sometimes, so I just pick it up myself. Worth it though.

Came here for brunch and honestly the space itself is what got me. Lots of natural light, plants everywhere, music was low-key. I ordered the full breakfast pancake with an americano. Coffee was solid, but the food was better. Sausages and bacon had real flavor, pancake was fluffy. Only thing is the seats are those wooden benches, not great if you want to sit for a while.

Butter chicken was good, but the bowl is small for what they charge. Tasty enough, though I'd think twice about ordering it again. Place stays open late, which helps. Fine for a quick bite if you're nearby and not too hungry.

The mushroom tacos were seriously good—so much flavor in every bite. Place has a fun vibe for a night out, just gets a bit loud later on.

No. 2 of Local Restaurants in Ulaanbaatar

Been here twice now. Sushi and sashimi are solid, some of the best in UB honestly. Staff pays attention, prices fair. Dining room's a bit small but clean.

Came for the view, stayed for the food. Got the grilled lamb chops — cooked nicely, juicy inside, not overdone. The scenery really does most of the work here, but the meal held its own. Service was a bit slow, but I wasn't in a rush. Fair price for what you get.

While the prices at Sakura may be on the higher side, the overall dining experience justifies the cost. The combination of great food, attentive service, and a lovely atmosphere makes it worth every penny.

Restaurant in Kempinski Hotel Khan Palace Ulaanbaatar

The service is quick and efficient, and the prices are very reasonable for the portion sizes. It's a great place for a satisfying lunch.

The matcha drink was refreshing, and the avocado shrimp salad hit the spot. Cake slices are decent but kinda small for what you pay.

The pizza here is pretty good. Dough's well made, toppings taste fresh. Place is tucked inside a building, took me a minute to find it. But the pie itself was decent. Probably the closest to real pizza I've had in UB. Fine for a casual bite.

The bibimbap was good, hot and fresh. Service was quick, which I appreciated. I liked that the staff let me sit and finish my tea without rushing me. A decent spot for a simple meal if you're in the area. Nothing fancy, but it did the job.
