Stopped by for a casual dinner with a couple of friends and honestly the steaks were the highlight. Mine came out super juicy and tender, exactly how I asked. The gorgonzola sauce on the side? Yeah, that was the move. Portions are pretty big too, so nobody left hungry. Classic steakhouse feel inside, nothing fancy but it works. Just wish they had a bit more seating, we waited like 15 mins. 😅

Dropped by for a quick lunch. Got the schnitzel, it was crispy and the meat was tender. Portion size was fair for the price. Place was a bit busy, but the staff kept it together. Nothing fancy, just solid food done right. Would come back if I'm in the area again.

The bruschetta was fresh and simple, exactly what I wanted. Pizza rolls good too, but mains were a bit salty for me.

We stopped by for a quick dinner and honestly the gluten-free burger was way better than I expected. My friend is vegan and she had options too, which is always a win. Staff was super nice about explaining the menu. Only thing is it got a bit busy later, but fine for a casual hangout. 😊

The ravioli and tiramisu were better than a lot I've had in Italy. Tiramisu was light, not too sweet. Ravioli had a nice twist to it. Place was busy but worth it.

The pasta was cooked just right, really authentic taste. Pizza came out crispy too, which I liked. Cozy little place, easy to just sit and relax. Service was friendly enough, nothing too pushy. Only thing is it got a bit busy later, but that's fine. Good spot if you want a simple, decent meal without any fuss.

Came with a big group, no reservation, and they still seated us right away. Service was fast, food solid. Can't ask for much more.

The pork knuckle was properly crispy, meat fell off the bone. Portion's huge though, couldn't finish it. Sauerkraut on the side was decent.

Stopped by for dinner and grabbed the homemade pasta plus tiramisu. Pasta was solid, but that tiramisu really stood out. Owner seemed like a nice guy, pretty welcoming. Had to wait a bit for a table, but it wasn't too bad. Place has a decent vibe for a casual meal.

The potato pancakes with salmon were pretty good—crispy, not greasy. Cocktail was fine too. Desserts were decent but nothing crazy.

Stopped by for lunch on a sunny afternoon. The beer garden is really nice, that's the main reason to come. Food was solid, got the schnitzel, portion was decent for the price. Service was friendly enough, nothing to complain about. Would come back if I'm in the area again.

The pizza crust was thin and crispy, just how I like it. Service was a bit rushed though, we were in and out pretty quickly.

Stayed here for a few days and it worked out really well. The room was clean, bed comfortable, that’s mostly what I care about. Staff came across genuinely friendly, not forced. Free parking helped a lot since we had a car. Public transport nearby too, so getting around was easy. Only small thing—walls a bit thin, heard hallway noise at night. But overall a solid stay.

The five-course tasting menu was solid. Plating looked great, flavors were on point. Service kept things moving without rushing us. Good spot if you're in the area.

Solid burger chain, decent vegan options too. Fries were properly cooked, not drowning in salt. Staff patient with my broken German. Good for a quick casual bite.

The poutine here is seriously good. Fries stay crispy even under all that gravy, and the sauce tastes pretty close to what I had in Quebec. Pulled pork sweet potato fries were decent too, though a bit heavy for my usual taste. I'd come back just for the poutine, honestly.

The onion roast beef was cooked just right, and the sauerbraten didn't disappoint either. Portion sizes are decent for what you pay, which I always appreciate. Menu has a good range of Austrian classics, and the dessert rounded things off nicely. Place looks nice inside too, nothing over the top. Solid choice if you're in the area and want something hearty without breaking the bank.

Service was genuinely attentive—staff checked in without hovering. Beef pasta was solid, well-seasoned, decent portion for the price. Would come back if in the area.

worth to try, super delicious and tasty, nice atmosphere ...................................................................................

Simple, healthy plates and the bill never hurts. Been coming here for years and it stays consistent. Had a nice glass of Riesling with the grilled fish, worked well. Nothing fancy, just solid food at a fair price. Place gets busy around noon, so come a bit early if you want a quiet table.

The attention to detail at Yoshi is remarkable. From the exquisite plating to the thoughtful explanations of each course, it’s clear that the staff is passionate about providing a top-notch dining experience.

The Reibekuchen were properly crispy, not greasy at all. Really hit the spot. Wish there were a bit more on the plate though.

Been here a few times. The onion rings are the reason I keep coming back—still crispy, not greasy at all. Service stays friendly even when the place is full. That's something.

The sushi really is top-notch for Bochum—fish tasted properly fresh. Presentation was clean too. Good spot to bring a sushi newbie, though I wished their sake list had a couple more options.

The nacho burger really stood out — that cheese was something else. Cool music in the background too. Nice spot to hang out with friends.

The vitello tonnato was melt-in-your-mouth tender, pasta cooked just right. Service stayed friendly even when it got busy.

Stopped by for a quick dinner. Staff knew the menu well and took time to explain a few dishes without rushing me. Grilled Madras chicken was solid—good spice level, not dry. Place was busy but service stayed efficient. Fair price for what you get. Would come back if I'm in the area again.

Came here for the first time and the pho bo really stood out. Broth was deep and rich, noodles cooked just right. The bun cha was solid too, though the portion could be a bit bigger. Place has a nice cozy vibe with lanterns, staff were friendly. Would go back for that pho.
