Decent coffee and the staff were friendly enough. Fine spot to grab a quick break if you're in the area. Nothing fancy, but it did the job.

Stopped by for a late breakfast — place was warm and quiet, not too busy. Good veggie and halal options, which was nice to see. Had the shakshuka, pretty solid. City center location makes it easy to find. Nothing fancy, but I'd sit here again.

Stopped by for a drink on a quiet weekday evening. The terrace is a nice spot to unwind. Cocktail list is pretty long, took me a minute to decide. Bartender knew his stuff, helped me pick something with a bit of a kick. It does get packed on weekends though, so I'd stick to off-peak hours if you want a seat.

The apple pie here is the real deal. Warm, flaky crust, not too sweet inside. Had a slice with coffee and that was it. Honestly the only thing I care about. Place gets busy but whatever. If you're in Zeist and want pie, this is it.

The wine list surprised me — decent selection for a spot this size. I had a glass of the Rioja with the lamb skewers, worked well together. They've got vegan and halal options too, which is handy when you're out with a mixed group. Service was fine, nothing fancy, but the drinks made it stand out for me.

Stopped by for breakfast on a work trip. Cappuccino was the highlight, honestly. Setting is nice, service efficient enough. Didn't blow me away, but it did the job for a morning meeting spot. Price is fair for what you get. I'd come back if I'm in the area again.

The baklava with ice cream really stood out. Sweet, flaky, still warm—good way to finish. Rest of the food was fine, nothing crazy but solid. Place was a bit busy when I went, took a while to get the bill. Wouldn't mind going back just for that dessert though.

The matcha latte with oat milk is still my go-to here. They add a little pastry on top for takeaway, which is a nice touch. Also that vintage cookie jar with assorted treats by the counter, I always end up grabbing something from it. Place has a cozy, slightly chaotic charm.

Stopped by for a late lunch on a sunny afternoon. Sat outside—the terrace is massive, way bigger than it looks from the street. Inside looked like a little art gallery, honestly. Had a glass of their house white, decent pour. Staff was quick even though it was busy. Only thing, the menu is a bit limited if you want something light. But fine for a drink and a snack.

The high tea here is a proper spread - plenty of sweet and savory bites, enough to fill you up. You get to pick any tea from the menu, which is nice. Portion-wise it felt generous for the price, honestly. Presentation was pretty too, though nothing over the top. I left full, and that's what counts for me.

Great spot for a chill dinner. The ribs were really good and the wine list is solid. Service felt genuinely friendly, not forced.

Despite some negative feedback, my experience was quite positive. The three-course meal we had was tasty, and the ambiance was cozy. I would recommend giving it a try!

Came in on a busy Saturday and the food arrived fast. Bagels were pretty good, place looked clean. Staff friendly too. Just a bit noisy, but fine for a quick bite.

Small spot on the nicest street in town. Menu's a bit different from the usual brasserie stuff, which I liked. Portions could be bigger for the price though.

The vegan club sandwich is still as big as ever—had to use a knife and fork again. Plenty of veggie options and the flavors hold up every time.

The wine list is solid, but honestly the seasonal dishes are where it's at. Portions are decent for the price, nothing crazy, but you won't leave hungry.

The chicken salad here is seriously good. Plenty of avocado and the chicken’s cooked just right. Honestly, it’s so filling I’m not sure I could make it myself for what they charge. I’d have liked a glass of something crisp alongside, but the place was busy and I didn’t want to wait. Still, a solid pick for a healthy lunch.

Stopped by for an early breakfast last week. Coffee was really good, strong but smooth. Baked goods tasted fresh, not like they'd been sitting out. Got a friendly hello when I walked in, which is always nice. Place was quiet at that hour, so I could actually enjoy it. Might be a bit out of the way, but worth the walk.

The building alone is worth stopping for—old, grand, full of character. Kids liked the play corner while we had a drink. Garden decor fits the vibe nicely.

Walked in and the fruit smell hit me right away. Got a smoothie, thick and cold, definitely real fruit. Staff helped me pick a combo, spot on.

Been coming here for a while now. The six-course surprise menu with wine pairings is still my go-to. Every dish is creative and the wines just fit. Service knows their stuff too.

The coffee came in a glass cup — that got me. Such a small thing but it made the whole breakfast feel more personal. Nina was lovely too, very warm without hovering. I’d go back just for that quiet morning vibe.

Stopped by for a quick bite around noon. The pastries are decent, flaky and fresh, but a few were a bit too sweet for me. Place has a nice, no-fuss vibe. Service was friendly and fast enough. Solid spot if you're in the area and need something quick.
