Tried the Noto sake pairing with the local dishes. It really matched the food well. That was the best part of the meal for me.

Been coming here for years. They always have the local fish, like pufferfish milt and gas shrimp. It’s that consistent taste of Wajima I keep coming back for. Just feels reliable.

The touchscreen ordering system was easy to use, no confusion at all. But honestly, I was a bit surprised by the portion size for the price. The main dish looked smaller than I expected. Maybe it's just me, but I was hoping for a bit more food for what I paid.

The omakase was a splurge, but the blackthroat seaperch was so fresh. Portion felt a bit light for the price, though.

A nice place for Ishikawa food. The tartar sauce was really good, I kept asking for more. Prices felt fair, so we could try a few things. The seats were a bit low for me, but the staff was very kind.

We had a nice dinner here. The Noto ingredients were fresh and the dishes were pretty good. The grilled fish was especially fine. A solid choice for a quiet meal.

Been coming here for years, and the weekday lunch is my go-to. It's quieter, no wait for a table. The weekend rush is real, but on a Tuesday? Just walk in. That consistency is why I keep coming back.
