Been coming here for years. The food's always solid, nothing fancy but done right. Good spot for a proper, filling lunch without breaking the bank.

Great spot for a quick bite after seeing the sights nearby. The space itself is really nice—high ceilings and big windows let in loads of light, which was a welcome change from some of the darker pubs around here. Just a relaxed place to grab something.

Solid spot for a working lunch. The coffee is good, service is quick and unobtrusive. Portions are generous for the price, which is the main draw for me. The atmosphere is relaxed, good for focusing.

The focaccia sandwiches are pretty good, probably the best thing on the menu. I usually go for the chicken & rocket or the club. The bread is nice and soft. A solid choice for a quick lunch.

Been coming here for years, and it’s still my go-to after a long day. The vibe is always lively but never too loud—just right for unwinding. That consistency is what keeps me coming back.

The service at Cecconi's is exceptional, with friendly and attentive staff who genuinely care about your dining experience. I always leave feeling satisfied and well taken care of.

This place is a great spot for a business lunch. The food is consistently good, and the staff are very accommodating, ensuring a pleasant dining experience even when issues arise.

Couldn’t fault the service and the food quality. Would have liked a slightly more varied menu but what you served you served well. Very enjoyable meal and special thanks to our waitress Liv

Good spot for a business lunch. The glazed pork was solid, and the old-school sports decor is a nice touch.

The food is absolutely delicious, with standout dishes such as the perfectly cooked venison and the wonderfully flavoursome cod.

The porridge is spot on, creamy but not gluey. Pastries are fresh, flaky. Brought my own mug, got a little off the coffee. Simple things done right.

The tasting menu is such a good deal for a group. We tried it last week and the homemade lemonade was a real standout – not too sweet, really fresh.

The chickpea curry is a solid choice for vegans. It’s got a nice depth of flavour. The menu could definitely use more plant-based options though.

Shakshi was really on it, service was spot on. Food's tasty, no complaints there. The place feels roomy, good for a relaxed meal. Been a few times now, it's consistent.

Been coming here for years. The jerk chicken is always spot on, good portion for the money. Service is quick, and they usually have some decent tunes on. 👍

I had the pleasure of attending the Gospel Motown brunch, and it was absolutely phenomenal! The food was delicious, and the live music created an unforgettable vibe.

Chef Anvar's Turkish eggs were lovely. The eggs were so fresh, and the yogurt had that clean, tangy taste. Perfectly poached, too. It's a simple dish but really satisfying when the ingredients are this good. Got a seat at the bar without a wait.

Service was really attentive. The staff knew the menu inside out, which helped a lot with my partner's nut allergy. The sommelier's wine suggestion was spot on—paired perfectly with the duck. A bit on the formal side, but they got it right.

Islington spot. Super bright and clean. Really liked the colorful displays. Food looked great too. Just came out cold. Not my thing. Staff felt a bit distant. Nice setting though.

The staff really took their time explaining the menu, which made it so much easier to order for the whole table. Super friendly!

What a fantastic afternoon tea! The ambiance was relaxing, and the food was delicious. I particularly enjoyed the bottomless champagne option, which added a luxurious touch to the experience.

Have always liked the beef & turkey here. Sometimes veg & gravy could be hotter. Staff always polite & friendly. Will return for sure!

The atmosphere in this restaurant is fantastic, and the service provided by Sophie B was exceptional. She was very attentive and made our dining experience memorable.

Been coming here for years, and the staff always remember us. They’re just as friendly now as they were on our first visit. Makes it feel like a proper local spot.

Steak pie and the beef & ale pie are solid. Exactly what you want for a quick, hearty lunch. Got mine to go, piping hot and ready in minutes. Perfect for when you're in a rush.

Been coming here for years, and their carrot cake is the reason. It's always spot on - moist, not too sweet, the frosting is just right. That consistency keeps me coming back. The rest of the menu changes, but the cake is a constant.

Venkat's service was spot on. The fish and chips were proper good, crispy batter and the chips were just right. Been coming here for years and it's always reliable.

Been coming here for years, always get the avocado toast with poached eggs. They never mess up the runny yolk, which is harder to find than you'd think. Coffee's decent. It's just a reliable spot for a proper breakfast.
