Been here a few times now, and the vibe stays consistently relaxed. Food's decent for the price, though don't expect them to nail any special requests. Fine for a casual bite.

The red velvet pancakes were solid, and that pistachio croissant? Genuinely good. Wouldn't mind a better wine list to go with them, but the coffee did the job. Worth the drive from Eindhoven.

The surprise menu had some really fresh ingredients, especially the fish course. Plating was beautiful too. Wine pairing worked well with the lighter dishes.

The food’s really good and portions are solid — I ended up with leftovers for the next day. It’s pretty basic inside though, so I’d grab takeout next time instead of eating there. Nothing fancy, but it hits the spot when you’re hungry.

We went for the surprise menu and honestly, the first platter really stood out. Soup was light, dessert was decent too. The steak was mostly excellent, just a tiny bit chewy on one side. Portions felt right for the price. I'd come back just for that starter again.

The house spring rolls are the reason to come here. Crunchy, not greasy, and packed with filling. Portions are big for the price. Solid neighborhood spot.
