天之彼方21On the last night in Xining, I accidentally found this top-ranked Northwest cuisine restaurant online. There was still a seat available after I called, so I decided to end my trip to the Northwest here.
This Manxiyou restaurant is located on the underground first floor of Wangfujing Department Store, which is relatively easy to find. The entire design and layout combines the different styles of the Central Plains and the Western Regions. It should be said that it is worthy of being the top-ranked restaurant. There are also a lot of customers on weekdays, and the whole restaurant is booming.
| Lamb skewers^ I have been in the Northwest for almost a week, and it is incredible that I have eaten lamb skewers for the first time. The lamb in the Northwest is really delicious and has no smell of mutton.
| Charcoal grilled lamb chops^ It is a must-order dish. It is basically crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The taste is not bad. The heat is a little over, but the lamb is really good.
| Old yogurt^ This is a must-try when you come to Qinghai. Compared with the yogurt I drank in the previous few restaurants, this restaurant is not so sweet, but the milk flavor is stronger.
