Hampton by Hilton Zhangjiajie National Forest Park

I stayed three nights at the Hampton on Hilton. My stay was fabulous. The lovely ladies at the front desk were so helpful. I needed some documents printed urgently and they obliged. One of the perks of staying here is the free mini bar and the free icecreams at reception. Beautiful drip coffee in the room as well. Every question or query was answered promptly. The view from the hotel was amazing!!!! And the location perfect to get to the National Park gates easily. Its also a short 10 minute walk into town where you can watch the Charming Xiangxi show and see the beautiful light show on the bridge. Markets dotted along the roads were also a delight. The hotel staff looked after my luggage on check out day so I could go for my last trips to the Grand Canyon glass bridge and the caves. On return I thought I would have to leave swiftly but a lovely hotel staff member called Ian made me a coffee and said I could rest for a bit in the lobby. The service here has been above and beyond. I would definitely stay here again and I would recommend this hotel to anyone who has the time to visit Zhangjiajie. 3 nights, 4 full days was the perfect visit time. Thank you Hampton on Hilton, I will be back!!!!

Our overall stay was beyond perfect, we absolutely recommend this hotel. Is A12 minute walk from the east gate park entrance

The hotel is nice and strategically located within walking ditance from wulinyuan gate. I love that they provide late nice snacks and also whole day drinks and ice cream . The staff are also attentive and friendly, I remembered their name Kenneth and Coco. They even gave me a big box gift of snacks to bring home. I would definitely recommend this hotel to those who want to visit zhangjiajie.
