Hampton by Hilton Zhangjiajie National Forest Park

Coming to the Hilton Garden Inn Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, I felt the entire hotel was super clean and comfortable. The front desk service had a great atmosphere. The security guard helped with my luggage, and the front desk lady even poured me some tea. As soon as I entered, there was complimentary popcorn. After check-in, the front desk lady recommended local delicious food and fun places, and also mentioned that the hotel lobby offers free coffee, cookies, ice cream, and drinks. After climbing the mountain in the evening, I was too tired to go out for dinner, and surprisingly, the hotel also provides a free self-service pastry bar. The housekeeping staff even provided me with a foot bath bucket to soothe my tired body. The breakfast area was spacious and bright, and there were many international guests. The food selection looked abundant, including salads, fruits, local specialty rice noodles, and more. There's also a drone show and local traditional performances nearby, making it a lively place. This trip was definitely worth it and highly recommended!

The hotel boasts an excellent location, just a 10-minute walk to the East Gate (landmark gate) of the scenic area. The surrounding area is bustling with a commercial street, offering convenient options for dining and foot massages. The hotel's twin room was spacious and tidy, with a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom, and plenty of water pressure for the shower. The front desk staff were very enthusiastic and even provided a clearly marked park tour map. The hotel also offers free popsicles and cold drinks on the first floor, which was a thoughtful touch. Overall, I've saved this hotel and it's definitely worth revisiting or recommending to friends.

The hotel is great, easy to find, and within walking distance to restaurants and shows. The breakfast is excellent, and the cleanliness is top-notch. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. We had to check out early due to rain, and it went smoothly.

The hotel is about 1 kilometer from the East Gate of the Forest Park, a 15 to 20-minute walk. So, we usually took a taxi, which cost 6 yuan for the starting fare. We entered and exited the park 3 times within two days, and it was quite convenient. The hotel rooms are relatively spacious, and the facilities are decent, but there's no weighing scale or teapot provided. One noticeable downside is the street-facing rooms, especially on the second floor, where you occasionally hear car noise. The hotel's self-service laundry is excellent, and there's an attendant in the laundry room to assist guests. The breakfast is comparable to Atour hotels – not exceptionally outstanding, but with a good variety. However, the freshly made rice noodles and other dishes were just average. The lobby has a free cold drink cabinet with complimentary beverages and popsicles. The bathroom doesn't have a smart toilet, but the hot water shower pressure is strong, making for a comfortable bath. There are many good restaurants near the hotel, making dining very convenient. Overall, it's a hotel with good value for money.

Hampton by Hilton has always been my top choice when traveling. First, the location is perfect and transportation is convenient. It's a 15-minute walk to Zhangjiajie National Forest Park and a 3-minute walk to the bus terminal. Second, the hotel management is professional, and the staff are highly competent and easy to communicate with. They do their best to meet guests' needs. This time, when I arrived at the hotel before noon, I intended to just store my luggage, but they arranged for me to check in directly. Third, the hotel environment is comfortable, and the room facilities are well-equipped, making for a great stay. Fourth, the buffet breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious options, starting the day off right.

The environment is excellent, and the room is very quiet and comfortable. They provide high-end toiletries and a comfortable mattress. The hotel staff are also very enthusiastic, especially the front desk lady who was very helpful in solving my problem. The hotel is also very close to Dongmen, just a ten-minute walk away. The breakfast is delicious, adding another wonderful memory to my trip. The hotel's room control system is also very smart. Highly recommended! Plus, there are free drinks.
