Wanda Realm Resort Sanya Haitang Bay

This is my second time visiting Wanda Vista Sanya Haitang Bay, and as a returning guest, the experience once again exceeded my expectations. The hotel's design offers great privacy, enveloped by a tropical garden, providing a tranquil escape from the bustling world. The public pool has beautiful scenery, and with few people around, it's perfect for a relaxing swim. The service details are impeccable; the shuttle operates freely within the resort, making getting around very convenient. They even deliver takeout to your room, which is fantastic! The room was spotless, well-equipped, and the bedding was comfortable. Overall, it was a superb experience, definitely worth coming back for again and again.

Although the facilities are a bit old, the service and the scenery within the resort are still quite good. I especially want to mention that the hotel's photography service is very reliable. Breakfast was generally satisfying. They have both a beach and a swimming pool.

Not bad, good value for money. It's close to the beach and convenient for taking taxis. The breakfast was just so-so, but you get what you pay for. Food options nearby aren't great, but it's easy to get around to other places.

The environment was not great; the lawn looked barren, like it was the height of summer. The sheets and duvet covers had bloodstains, and the room's chair was moldy. Breakfast was also very, very mediocre.

We planned two days in Haitang Bay during our Sanya trip. Initially, we booked a hotel-style apartment near Atlantis Waterpark, which had high online ratings. However, as soon as we checked in, we were shocked by how old and outdated the facilities were. We negotiated with the hotel, paid a 30% cancellation fee, and checked out. Afterward, we rebooked at the Wanda Realm Resort, and both my daughter and I were pleasantly surprised: 1. The facilities were incredibly new, and the hotel lobby was grand. 2. The service was excellent. 3. The location was superb; the beach was just a short walk away. 4. The hotel had a full range of recreational facilities. The pool water was very clean, and there was a foam party in the afternoon. In the evening, there were plenty of activities, including a lawn movie and a bonfire party. My child had an absolutely fantastic time, and both of us felt it was incredibly worthwhile. The hotel also has a Hainan Li Village restaurant, which has a beautiful ambiance, reasonable prices, and, most importantly, delicious food! I highly recommend this hotel! It’s the best one I've stayed at in Sanya~

My stay this time was exceptionally comfortable. The front desk handled check-in efficiently and professionally, making the process smooth. Any issues were addressed quickly, and the service staff were polite and friendly. Ella was a particular highlight, responding promptly to requests and quickly coming to assist after being contacted. She thoughtfully informed me about the hotel's facilities and activities and expertly helped resolve minor issues, always with careful attention to detail and appropriate discretion. The room was well-maintained, and the overall living experience was very pleasant. I didn't have to worry about a thing; I was very well taken care of, making for a truly relaxing vacation. The overall experience exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend this hotel. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time.

I was extremely satisfied with my stay this time. The hotel restaurant offered excellent food with a rich variety of dishes, fresh ingredients, and great taste. The breakfast selection was comprehensive, and the dining environment was comfortable, making for a pleasant experience. Ella's service was an added bonus; she was incredibly responsive, quickly attending to our needs after being contacted. She was meticulous and thoughtful, proactively reminding us of important details. The room was clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. My entire stay was comfortable and worry-free, with warm service. It's perfect for a relaxing getaway, and I genuinely recommend it. I will definitely choose this place again next time. 🌹🌹🌹

I absolutely have to give a shout-out to Ella, the butler at Wanda Realm! To be honest, the room facilities are a bit dated; you can definitely see the age in the bathroom and furniture. But that didn't detract from our experience at all, because the butler service was simply outstanding! From adding her on WeChat to communicate our needs during check-in, to receiving daily thoughtful weather and activity reminders, every request was met with a prompt response. The butler even specially delivered a fresh fruit platter to our room. And at check-out, she had prepared Hainan specialty souvenirs. The attention to detail was incredible, making us feel truly valued and pampered. Moreover, the hotel's outdoor environment is absolutely stunning! The sand on the beach is as fine as flour, the seawater is crystal clear, and every photo you take looks like a wallpaper. The complimentary travel photoshoot was an even bigger surprise; the photographer patiently guided our poses, and the results were simply amazing. We ended up buying a package of over twenty photos, which was far better than any roadside photographer – why even bother with a bicycle when you have a luxury car? (a Chinese idiom meaning 'why settle for less when you can have the best') Honestly, I truly believe that without the dedicated efforts of these high-quality professionals, this hotel would struggle to operate so smoothly. The hardware might be old, but the warmth of the people makes up for it. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who values service experience! We'll definitely be back! 👍 It's very close to the duty-free shop, so we had a great time shopping 🥰 If you're not an early riser, there's no need to buy breakfast; you can order takeout nearby 🥡 There's McDonald's and KFC.

Overall, we were quite satisfied with our stay at Wanda Realm with the kids. The hotel's environmental design is excellent, with great lighting and ventilation, giving it a true resort feel! While the restaurant didn't have a huge selection, everything we tried tasted great. The 'Zaopo Vinegar' dish is definitely worth trying. Ella was incredibly attentive throughout our stay, promptly addressing any issues we had. The hotel's location is superb, very close to the beach. The rooms were spotless, and the service was consistently excellent.
