Pullman Luang Prabang

This hotel is absolutely perfect for families with kids! We spent most of our three-day, two-night stay at the pools, and the children had an amazing time. The hotel has two pools, one for adults and a shallower one that's great for younger kids. Beyond that, the public areas are beautifully maintained and very relaxing, ideal for a vacation. They also offer frequent shuttle services to Yangren Street, which makes getting around super convenient. And I have to mention the breakfast – it was delicious and came with a fantastic view. If only we had more time, I would have loved to stay and relax for another couple of days! Finally, a huge thank you to the hotel manager, Ms. Fu, who assisted us during our stay. As she's Chinese, we added her on WeChat after check-in, and she helped us with so many travel issues (booking private cars, rescheduling restaurant reservations, and various other small requests). I felt a bit bad for bothering her so much, but she was incredibly gentle and patient throughout. We'll definitely be staying here again next time. Thanks for taking such good care of us! ❤️

This hotel feels so much like a vacation getaway, it's definitely in my top 10 favorites! The decor is incredibly charming, and staying amidst vast rice paddies truly makes it feel like a different world compared to outside the hotel.

The room exceeded my expectations – living amidst the rice paddies was incredibly relaxing. The decor was beautiful, comfortable, and had a fresh, natural vibe that truly allowed for a full rest of body and mind. The shuttle bus to the city center isn't very frequent, so it might not be ideal for those who prefer a lively and convenient location. Mina at the front desk was very efficient and incredibly helpful, and her English was fluent, which was a big plus! The breakfast quality and variety were also great. Highly recommended!

This hotel is nestled in a valley, with several acres of rice paddies at its heart, creating a very natural and ecological environment. You'll often see cows, chickens, and cats roaming around. The breakfast selection is quite extensive, and the Chinese food is incredibly authentic. There are two Chinese staff members at the front desk, so communication was seamless for me. Although it's a bit far from the city center, there's a shuttle bus every hour, which makes getting around very convenient. Highly recommend!

It's not really far from the city center, and there's a shuttle bus available, or a taxi costs around 30 RMB. The environment is lovely, and the large balcony offers great views, but the facilities are outdated. There are limited Chinese food options at the restaurant, and it's not great value for money.
