The Woodward, Auberge Collection

I love this hotel. It’s absolutely beautiful but even more importantly the staff is amazing. The manager will make you feel like you are family. The wait staff at the bar and restaruant are wonderful and kind people. Every person who works there is kind and friendly. We were so happy to be there. The room was super luxurious. The spa and fitness area is fantastic too. They have contrast baths, a great indoor pool and saunas. All was fantastic. We will return.

A truly fabulous experience! The hotel is just wonderful and in a magnificent position, close enough to walk everywhere but still quiet. The spec of the suites is amazing, beautifully designed and incredibly comfortable. What really makes The Woodward special is their staff - everyone we came into contact with was professional, charming and incredibly helpful. A particular thanks to Hector Lugo the General Manager who made a specific effort to see us on a number of occasions and was always incredibly charming. Also, Theo in the restaurant - what a star he is! Zoe and Eva were both incredibly helpful and professional on the front desk. We also had much fun in the bar with Oscar and Alex who were charming and made for a very fun evening all round. We also had the chance to meet the chef at Le Jardiniere which was such a treat as we had a truly magnificent meal in the restaurant on our last evening. Thank you for an unforgettable stay, we will most certainly be back.

Exceptional, elegant hotel, a world of its own. Le Jardinier with amazing food. Service is outstanding. We'll be back.

The Woodward in Geneva is one of those places that feels both truly luxurious and genuinely personal. With only suites, it offers a calm environment; making one feel.as if one is staying in a beautiful private palace than a hotel. The team makes you feel welcome in a very natural, unforced way. The restaurant is excellent, and the bar is a lovely spot for both cocktails and well-crafted mocktails. And the lake view is just stunning. A special mention goes to the pastry chef who is widely considered one of the best right now, definitely worth saving room for dessert..unless one is on a diet! Last but not least the Guerlain SPA with pool...!

An amazing stay at The Woodward. The hard product is beautiful, but the team is the real asset here. The staff is incredibly kind and friendly—service was polished but warm. A special mention to the Regional Manager, who went above and beyond to be helpful and ensure our stay was perfect. Highly recommended for anyone seeking top-tier service.
